Bellasera Resort

Loved this hotel! We went for a quick weekend from the east coast of Florida to celebrate our anniversary. We got the Florida Residents Rate for $169 per night before resort fee and taxes. A significant savings for the off season. At check in I was also given a coupon for 20% off at the property’s restaurants. All of the staff we encountered were super friendly, from the front desk clerk to the restaurant hostesses to the bartenders to the shuttle driver. Made a dinner reservation at the in house Claw Bar for Friday night. Went upstairs to the London Club to try to grab a drink at the bar before our reservation. The hostess let us know there were some tables available if we wanted to have dinner there (same menu as The Claw Bar downstairs). There was an excellent jazz trio playing, which we really enjoyed. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. We went to The Claw Bar (the actual bar, not the restaurant portion) for a drink afterwards. The bartender (I do not remember his name) was great and there was a really fun vibe and atmosphere. The next night we utilized the courtesy shuttle for a ride to and from dinner off site. Andy, our driver, was chatty, friendly and efficient. When a copy of my receipt was emailed to me after checkout I noticed they included a 15% discount for our next visit. We will be back!!

Nos alojamos en Bellasera Resort Naples como parte de un grupo familiar que ocupaba 7 habitaciones. Tras nuestra partida, el hotel cargó en nuestra tarjeta de crédito una multa de 500 dólares, argumentando que en 2 de esas habitaciones se había fumado. De manera arbitraria, asignaron el cargo a nuestra habitación solo porque compartíamos el mismo apellido con otros integrantes del grupo (éramos 4 habitaciones con el mismo apellido), a pesar de que en nuestra habitación no ocurrió absolutamente nada. Cuando pedimos explicaciones, la única respuesta que recibimos fue que “había olor”, lo cual no constituye ninguna prueba. Ninguno de nosotros fuma: en nuestro caso particular, viajábamos con una niña pequeña y yo estaba embarazada de cinco meses, lo cual hace esta acusación aún más absurda. Durante toda la estadía, el hotel nunca se comunicó con nosotros para plantear este supuesto problema, ni nos envió aviso alguno antes de aplicar el cargo. Este error de gestión y la falta de seriedad en el manejo de la situación empañaron una experiencia que debería haber sido positiva. Muy decepcionante para un establecimiento de esta categoría.

bellissima struttura a due passi dalla via più movimentata di Naples. Personale accogliente e garbato, siamo stati accolti con un calice di champagne. Struttura dotata di shuttle a disposizione degli ospiti, siamo stati portati e poi ripresi dal mare senza orari stabiliti ma come un vero servizio taxi a chiamata. Ci è stato fornito tutto il necessario per la spiaggia (3 sedie sdraio, ombrellone e 6 teli in 3 persone). Abbiamo cenato anche nel loro ristorante interno (bellissimo). Stanza ampia e dotata di tutto, un vero vero e proprio appartamento. Consigliatissimo.

I stayed here in 2015 for 2 weeks. The GM was a little weasel no body wanted to talk to and the Front Office manager was drunk when I talked to her one night after a problem during the day. It has potential but the staff was very weak. The bellman during the day a old man was the worst. If you asked him a question he thought he should get tipped. I asked about chairs for the beach and the old buzzard tried to charge me. The front desk staff very weak also, I would recommend a better hotel with a good staff.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities and fantastic customer service. The staff was attentive and informative. The pool, free shuttle around town and to beach, and the free usage of bicycles is great. It is so nice to stay in a hotel that doesn’t break the bank and really makes you feel like they are there for you. Don’t miss this one. We will definitely be going back.

This is a first class hotel. On arrival we were greeted by a very professional and friendly check in lady and given a complimentary glass of prosecco and lots of information. We stayed in a 1st floor condo apt which was absolutely brilliant. An excellent kitchen and sitting area that opened out onto a nice balcony which was protected and sealed by a discreet mosquito grill. There was little touches like plenty of bottled water and coffee pods we couldn’t fault it. There was also a separate dining area. The bedroom was great as well with a very comfortable bed and very roomy bathroom off it, again well stocked. The pool area has plenty of sun beds and 8 cabanas which are free. The pool is a reasonable size. It has a lovely bar and restaurant and the staff were excellent friendly and made us feel very welcome as did the pool staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff in the hotel. There is a free shuttle that goes to the beach with sun beds supplied and free bikes. The location couldn’t be better either fifth ave two blocks away with all of its restaurants. The beach is about 1.3 miles away All round a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend the hotel to anyone wishing for a great stay in Naples.
