Lemon Tree Inn - Near Tin City

Superbement placé à 3 minutes de la 5ème avenue, l’hôtel est à un ratio qualité prix imbattable ! Personnel adorable, piscine, chambre vieillotte mais propre, possibilité de louer des vélos (pour aller dans le downtown c’est l’idéal), possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner rapide en self service : café et muffins gratuits !

Just love this accommodation. It's so charming and quaint. We have been staying here for years. It's a wonderful location to 5th Avenue and a walk to the beach. Sadly the accommodation was heavily flooded as a result of Hurricane Ian and it's closed permanently. We were in Naples in November 2022 staying at another accommodation nearby and took a walk over to the Lemon Tree Inn. They have a caretaker on sight as they clean out the mess from the flooding that rose around 2 feet. Turns out the property was sold and the Lemon Tree was only going to operate until April 2023. Hurricane Ian cut that short. It is so sad to see this accommodation go. If filled a certain niche in the accommodation market. Always a friendly place staff and other guests. We enjoyed going out to the gazebo or relaxing by the pool. We stayed in different themed rooms over the years and they were all charming. Yes this place is not the Ritz and it is just fine. Seeing Lemon the Cat was always a treat too. A local Naples news article reported the Lemon Tree Inn will be demolished for a mixed use high end residential/office/retail space. Sadly Naples is becoming too expensive and is losing its charm. The Lemon Tree Inn will always hold a special place in my heart. Though it was not perfect, we always enjoyed our stay when we visited Naples.

Relaxing place with very friendly staff. Well located. Nice pool area with Ice and vending machines. A Laundry machine also available. Very clean rooms , equipped with a small bar fridge, coffee maker and microwave oven. The parking area is very spacious.

Estuvimos solo noche, la habitación era super espaciosa, dos camas dobles y eramos 2 personas. Tiene una kitchinette con microondas, tostadora y cafetera y una mesa con dos sillas. El baño parecía que estaba recién remodelado impecable. La limpieza era muy buena y el personal muy amable. Tienen estacionamiento de cortesía y sirven por la mañana al lado de la pileta un desayuno que ellos no lo llaman desayuno pero para mi era suficiente, había bebidas calientes, avena, muffins, jugos y naranjas. Te dan toallas para la pileta o la playa. La pileta tenia una temperatura ideal, no estaba fría ni caliente. La ubicacion es excelente a dos cuadras de la 5ta avenida donde empieza el centro y de ahí caminando 8 cuadras mas a la playa. Volveria a elegirlo.

This place is amazing. Due to the limited number of rooms here, it means it does not get crowded. The pool was so warm like a bath, anytime you got in it. Plenty of loungers to choose from around the pool. Laundry machines working and available too. We hired pushbikes during our stay from here and when we got back from a day out, we advised the reception that the seat on one was wonky, loose and therefore uncomfortable. They reimbursed the fee without delay. Towels for the pool are big and soft so comfortable. Rooms and showers were very clean and clearly looked after.

We visited Naples for a couple of nights to see the town and visit the Everglades. We chose this venue based on other reviews and were very happy with our stay. The staff were friendly and gave tips on the area. The room was clean amd we had a small porch out the front with a couple if chairs. Great location to walk to Downtown Naples and 5th Avenue and Tin City. Would recommend staying and yes, Lemon the cat is very friendly!!
