Terrible experience. The host might be one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I emailed on Sept 5th to give notice of late check in on Sept 18th (we were arriving at 7:30 and check in closes at 6). I got an email back confirming our late check in and was told we didn’t have to pay the late fee if it was before 8:30. When we arrived (after a 24 hour travel day, so exhausted) the place was difficult to find (behind a shop up a few flights of stairs and no label on the door) the host was no where to be found. We rang multiple door bells and got nothing. Since we are from the US, I couldn’t use my phone without wifi if I didn’t want to rack up international charges but after 30 minutes I had to just do it and accept the fees so I could call the host. She answered and luckily agreed to come back but wow- was she MEAN. And I don’t just mean aggressive but out right mean. As i said, I arranged for late check in 2 weeks early and SHE FORGOT. Yet when she came back to let us in, she yelled at us the entire time and told me I never said we would be late and I said yes I did I sent an email and she just kept telling me no. I’m a tough gal, but she made me feel so, so terrible and I still didn’t have wifi so I couldn’t pull up the email yet to prove her wrong. Unfortunately we booked her on our way out too and she was very standoff-ish when we came back. The rooms were just ok. AC didn’t work in one, hairdryer only worked on low in the other. Don’t stay here. She’s awful.

Buena calidad precio Las chicas de la recepción han sido muy amables, el hotel es muy bien ubicado y la limpieza se destaca.

Hotel is OK, but check-in process is a pain. Front desk staff has quite limited work hours and arranging check-in at later time was quite challenging as they do not respond to emails or phone calls in timely manner.

B&B molto accogliente, gestito dalla signora Maria, una persona competente, squisita e molto disponibile. È situato al terzo piano di un palazzo antico, appena a due passi dalla metro Cavour-Museo, il b&b è dotato di ascensore gratuito, stretto ma comunque funzionale. Perfetto per chi vuole farsi due passi nel centro città poiché è raggiungibile a piedi con 10-15-20 minuti di camminata, a seconda del passo o della meta. Molto pulito e ben tenuto. Qualche piccolissima pecca nell’arredamento sulla quale si può tranquillamente sorvolare, visto il giudizio generale molto positivo. Colazione ottima: sia dolce , sia salata con specialità napoletane Struttura consigliatissima per una fuga a Napoli!

Recepcionista atenciosa mas existe a dificuldade da língua. Quarto bom, mas ouve-se muito ruído da rua. Wi-fi bom. Café da manhã simples mas bom, pago a parte. O elevador para acessar o andar é minúsculo. O interior do prédio é de dar arrepios, escada suja com água a escorrer, iluminação péssima. Em frente ao metro, com opçóes de ônibus para deslocar-se pela cidade mas não parece um local seguro para sair a caminhar. Para queles que chegam de carro existe estacionamento próximo mas muito cara a diária.
