Hotel NapoliMia is a superb hotel! I stayed there for 5 nights in late March 2025. Let me start by saying the location is centralized. It is easy to get to most sites. It is about 3 minutes away from the Toledo Metro Station. This hotel sits on Via Toledo, a bustling street, with a lot happening into the late hours. I enjoy that kind of excitement. However, please know that cars cannot travel on this road, so Taxis and private cars will drop you off on an adjacent road; you will need to walk in. It is easy. The hotel is on the building's 1st floor (USA - 2nd Floor). You will walk into a courtyard and to a small elevator that will take you to the floor. Once checked in, you will receive 3 keys - one for the ground floor door, one for the door on the floor, and one for the room itself. None of the rooms are fronting Via Toledo. All rooms have an alley/side street view, which is so "Naples." Due to this, all rooms are quiet, but be warned Napoli people love to celebrate, sing, and dance late into the night (I love it!). My room came with a balcony and a window. The sunshine was not bright as the hotel is close to the other buildings, but again, this is Naples. There are great eateries nearby, such as the restaurant "A Casa d' 'e Femminielli" in the back and the pizza joint "Passione di Sofì" on the ground floor of the same building. It is also near a grocery store called Sole365. The room and bathroom were spacious for Europe. There is a small fridge, TV, safe, wardrobe, room-only air conditioner, and free toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). I did not hear any noise from other rooms. The water pressure was superb. The room was very clean. The hotel staff was helpful and hospitable. Free snacks are available 24.7 to guests, but I rarely partook. I fell in love with Naples, and this hotel was largely responsible for that. This did not feel like a hotel, but more like a home. I was so honored to stay here. If I find myself in Naples again, I will definitely stay here again.

Experiencia magnifica. La ubicación excelente. Para ir a pie a todos los sitios. Las habitaciones amplias y luminosas. El desayuno merece la pena perder un rato en degustar sus productos, sobre todo los dulces. El cafe magnífico y te ponen zumo de naranja recien hecho. Y tienen una pequeña sala donde beber y comer fruta y dulces a disposicion de los clientes. Y qué decir del personal. Amable y atento. Te aconsejan sobre todas las actividades que se puedan realizar en la zona. Y mencion especial a Kika, la perrita cariñosa que tienen y te saluda cada vez que pasas por su lado. Sin duda volveremos

We were two adults and a teenage daughter and spent 5 nights in this hotel. Stayed at the Renaissance down the road during our last trip and while the Renaissance has grander public spaces but relatively small rooms, the public areas (and services) here are typical family hotel style intimate and limited, the guest rooms feel larger. It's all fairly basic standard with hard mattresses and all local TV channels, but bathroom is modern and the housekeeping team is keeping the room very clean. Breakfast is included, very friendly staff and the selection is ok, mostly sweet(ish) bakery and pastry but also a small savoury section with toast bread, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, cold cuts and cheese. Coffee from a proper barista making fresh cappuccinos. Can't think of a better location on Via Toledo, although this being a walking street means you need to drag your luggage across the street and a few steps down Via Ponte di Tappia to the taxi stand opposite the Renaissance hotel for airport transfers. The manager (I think) was very happy to chat in English in the morning advising how to get on the Pompeii bus and other attractions.

Siamo siciliani ed amiamo visceralmente la città di Napoli. Ormai clienti fidelizzati, all’hotel NapoliMia ci sentiamo letteralmente a casa. La posizione è splendida, a trenta metri dalla metro Toledo e dieci minuti a piedi da Piazza Plebiscito. Le camere sono ispirate ai più belli luoghi di Napoli e dintorni, curate nei dettagli, pulitissime, ampie e funzionali. Colazione superlativa, sia per qualità che per varietà. Gestione familiare e personale super cortese e professionale. La migliore soluzione alberghiera per qualità/prezzo dell’intera città.
