Gram Suites

We stayed here for one night as a stopover in Naples, without any sightseeing. The hotel is on the third floor of an apartment building with about three or four rooms. It is about ten minutes away from the city. Compared to the city, it is quieter and the beach is right at the doorstep. The boss, Max, is very enthusiastic and actively helps us solve and handle problems. The decoration of the room is also very artistic and modern. The downside is that the colors are dark and some corners are not cleaned well. There are unidentified floating objects in the kettle. This aspect needs to be improved.

Given that the kindness, helpfulness and assistance of the staff were impeccable, I must say that unfortunately the room did not satisfy us; it was very "lived in": in the bathroom a towel holder was dangling, the bed was sagging (the slats had come out of the guides because the structure was bent), very noisy (the fixtures were not able to silence much of the din present until 4 in the morning) and finally, as the icing on the cake, during the night an enormous cockroach walked on my neck! Breakfast is in the bar below, but strictly includes only coffee or cappuccino with brioche (it is not possible to have a tea and therefore if you do not like coffee...)

Ho soggiornato due notti in due stanze diverse, nella prima c’era il condizionatore rotto, nella seconda mi è rimasta la maniglia del bagno in mano! Il lavandino NON è in bagno ma in camera. Gli infissi sono davvero pessimi in quanto si sente il caos delle strade. Una presa non era attaccata al muro. Di notte sentivo il ronzio di una zanzara che non riuscivo a trovare, la mattina mi sono svegliata piena di “punture rosse” è una forte sensazione di nausea. Tornata a casa sono andata dal medico e mi è stato confermato che ho preso gli ACARI DA LETTO e che dovrò procedere con anti staminico, crema e annessa visita dermatologica. Contratto la struttura per avere il rimborso e/o almeno avere una spiegazione: la prima volta rispondono che disinfettano il materasso una volta al mese, per telefono mi hanno detto che disinfettano una volta a settimana con bicarbonato. Concludono dicendo che per quanto gli riguarda posso averli presi anche fuori (ho anche fatto la foto della puntura alle 5 di mattina per il forte bruciore che avevo al collo) e che quindi non mi avrebbero dato indietro un euro. Il proprietario non si è mai fatto sentire, ho sempre e solo parlato con la receptionist. Consiglio vivamente di starci alla larga, è un degrado! Un posto del genere non dovrebbe neanche stare aperto
