Best Naples Hotels

"I'm just stating the facts. First of all, I want to point out that the city tax can only be paid by card! They don't accept cash! I encountered this problem and they refused to check me in, even though I'd paid for the hotel in advance, so canceling and getting a refund is not possible! Some kind people helped me out; I gave them cash, and they paid by card. The hotel is new, so I have no complaints. The room is fully stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, water, a kettle, and plenty of tea and coffee. The gym is excellent. However, the shower drain in the room was incorrectly installed. When I took a shower, all the water spilled onto the bathroom floor and then into the room, and I had to call housekeeping every time and ask them to clean it up. It's not very comfortable; after a shower, you can't freshen up because you're either standing in a puddle of water or calling housekeeping, waiting, and then freshening up. There was no hairdryer in the room. Very good location, close to Piazza Garibaldi, where you can also catch trains to the volcano and Pompeii, as well as a bus to the airport. The location is excellent!"

"Hotel room is big and clean. I like the accessibility of the location. Close to train stations, bus terminal and many choices of food to choose from. Take note the toiletries are not provided. However it can be purchased from the concierge. Francesco the reception is very helpful. Good recommendation of places to go for my first day in Naples!"

"Within walking distance from Naples Central Station, it is within walking distance to popular pizza specialty stores and long-established seafood restaurants. I was worried about whether I could reach the room in a corner of the residential area, but the owner provided accurate information in advance and I was able to check in smoothly. The room is incredibly beautifully arranged throughout the chaotic city until then, and the room is clean and large. The owner was encouraging to take this request seriously. it's recommended."

"The hotel is located very close to the square in front of Naples Central Railway Station and the entrance is next to the square. Because the area has a lot of lights and is located in a wide and bustling area, personally don't think there is any need to worry about the safety issues you might be worried about. The entrance to the hotel is an old gate with a residence inside, and the hotel is located on the 3rd floor of the residence, and you must contact the landlord in advance (phone or whatsapp) for access. The windows of the room face the street or courtyard. The cleanliness of the room itself is impeccable and the view is not narrow. But because the city of Naples is full of nitrogen compounds in general, you are not recommended to open windows for ventilation in the room. The quilt cover of the room quilt is “sandwich” rather than the overall quilt cover. So I suspect the quilt itself is not cleaned frequently. This may feel less hygienic, but given my bnb hotels near Naples (including Sorrento and Capri). So I don't think it might constitute a subtraction. But it still needs your attention. Breakfast is your choice of time, and then the landlord will deliver the meal to your door. There are sandwiches, hot tea or coffee, orange juice. The soundproofing of the room was slightly poor, and the sound of happy conversations among the youngsters who didn't know where to come from at 11 o'clock in the evening. But fortunately there was no TV/talk sound from the next door. For a tour of downtown Naples, Pompeii, Vesuvius, I think this is a good place to stay."

"The apartment is located in a very quiet area, served by restaurants (both traditional and fast food), pubs, bars, and grocery stores. The B&B has been recently renovated, which is evident in every detail. The room is new and tastefully furnished, and the bed is very comfortable. There is a safe and a Smart TV with free Netflix. The shower is very large with a glass enclosure, and everything is so clean that I felt bad about taking a shower and dirtying such beauty 😅. The room had a small, very comfortable terrace. Available in a common area: water, kettle with herbal teas, coffee pods. Metro Line 2, Piazza Leopardi stop (connected to Napoli Centrale and the port of Pozzuoli) and Metro Line 6, Augusto stop (which takes you to the city center: Piazza Municipio, Maschio Angioino, Via Toledo, the beating heart of this wonderful city) are a short distance away and within walking distance. The ideal location for reaching the Maradona Stadium on foot is the University of Engineering. Please note that shortly before 10:00 p.m., the metro line stops running, so you will need to take a bus or taxi, but transport costs are very affordable. The reception and cleaning staff were very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!"

"We were greeted by Eleonora, who was very kind and explained the room's features, including the elevator and Mr. Enzo the butler. The room was excellent, everything was clean, and the pillows were comfortable, which is rare. The bathroom was large and had a window. There was a gorgeous terrace with views of the city and Mount Vesuvius. The hotel is centrally located, 10 minutes from the central train station. Eleonora was always available throughout our stay, responded quickly, and even ordered a taxi to the airport for us. We definitely recommend this place."

"Clean, safe and prime location, 5-min walk to Piazza del Plebiscito and easily accessible by Metro M1 (Municipio is the closest stop from the train station Napoli Centrale). The B&B is on the 4th floor in an apartment building, with a small elevator."
