"The bathroom is newly renovated. The beds were clean and firm. The air conditioner was old and add a bad smell when turned on. There were bowls and cups in cupboard but not really clean and had to wash before using. The door played up and the staff said the batteries had run flat and needed to be changed. So door wasn't working until this was done. Didn't like the sink shared between the toilet and the kitchen. Because it would not drain properly for debris from a bowl of noodles."

"The access code provided to us would not work to access the room we had been assigned. By chance, we happened to try the code on the next room over (as the car park was empty and the motel appeared empty) - and our code had been programmed to the room next door, which was dirty - towels on the floor, bed unmade, rubbish and food on the floor. We had to call the reception number 5 times before anyone answered and there was no apology or care for the inconvenience while we had been standing outside in the cold and dark unable to access our room or contact anyone for assistance. The rooms are small, bed uncomfortable, there were watermarks on the bathroom floor indicating it had not been mopped, spilled food in the bedroom that had not been wiped up, lots of noise from the highway, and a sign stating that if the steam from the shower sets off the smoke alarm you’ll be charged $500, yet no extraction fan in the bathroom 🤔"

"Nice big grass sites for caravans, well priced for powered site. Camp Kitchen, games room, and amenities were clean and exactly what our family needed, especially in winter. Lots of activities for families to do. Rob at Tiny Train Park was great with the kids and even though train was closed due to weather, let our kids have a ride on the train before we had to leave. Which is so helpful when you have train loving little ones! All staff were friendly and we found on trip this park to be the best on our journey."
