The Rawla Narlai - A Luxury Heritage Stay in Leopard Country

Dès notre arrivée, l’expérience à l’hôtel a été irréprochable. Le personnel nous a accueillis avec une gentillesse authentique et s’est assuré que chaque détail soit parfaitement pris en charge tout au long de notre séjour. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, propres et décorées avec beaucoup de goût, offrant un confort exceptionnel. Ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c’est le service : toujours attentionné, courtois et prêt à aider avec le sourire. Chaque demande ou question a été traitée rapidement et avec professionnalisme, ce qui nous a fait sentir comme chez nous. Nabeel Ahmad Housekeeping Manager était exceptionnel et nous a beaucoup aidé. Le restaurant de l’hôtel a été un autre point fort de notre expérience. Le menu proposait une sélection variée et de grande qualité des plats indiens, asiatiques et européens, avec des plats soigneusement préparés et présentés. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et délicieux, tandis que les dîners ont dépassé nos attentes : des saveurs exquises, des ingrédients frais et un service de table irréprochable. Sans aucun doute, un endroit où nous reviendrons avec plaisir et que nous recommandons en toute confiance.

The Rawla was an amazing , accomodating palace to stay in . The room was beautiful , the pool was like an Oasis and the food was next level amazing 😋. The staff were sp acomadating and good looking 😉. The clothing and jewellery shop was so good I bought some beautiful items. Overall the village of NARLAI was gorgeous .

This was a totally fantastic unexpected gem of a place. The combination of beautifully maintained ground, exceptional well trained & attentive staff is just the supporting act to two main events. The first is that we got to see leopards in the wild. Our guides probably see them every day, but their clear love for these animals was infectious and they were super-expert at spotting them- and made for a truly amazing experience. The second is the much talked-about ‘stepwell’ dinner, which was quite extraordinary. 1,000 candles used to light an ancient artisan well (in reality a beautiful stone structure in the middle of nowhere), served by the hotel’s incredible staff was one of the experiences that will stay with us for ever. They even served up a birthday cake, plus ceremonial sword to cut it! Thank you to the whole team at this understated hotel for such an incredible stay. It was one of the best places we have stayed in India

This was not my first visit at Rowla My experience at is always amazing. The staff is fantastic The room was beautiful and the food was delightful. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. My husband and I actually detour our tour to spend some time there.

Tout simplement le plus bel établissement lors de notre long séjour au Rajasthan ! Ce palais/fort possède une architecture envoûtante. Chambre élégante ultra-confortable, spacieuse, avec tout le confort moderne (dont Netflix), agréable piscine avec une superbe vue sur la montagne, excellent petit déjeuner. Nous avons participer à un jeep safari où nous avons eu le privilège de voir 3 léopards, absolument unique. Service attentif et souriant (merci à Gargi). Enfin, pour finir le séjour avec une expérience exceptionnelle, dîner romantique proche d'un ancien baoli illuminé de centaines de bougies, accompagné par un barde sadhu à la voix enchanteresse. Fabuleux !

The Rawla Narlai is a fantastic hotel in the middle of Rajasthan offering spacious suites (ours had a wonderful balcony overlooking the beautiful garden and the pool), a great rooftop restaurant and a lot of activities. We can wholeheartedly recommend the leopard safaris (there are a good dozen or so roaming through the mountains but also coming very close to the village), the high tea at the lake (perfect for birdwatching but also as a romantic excursion) and the dinner at the stepwell (a unique experience under the starry sky with more than 500 candles illuminating the scene). And - last but certainly not least - the staff are really wonderful people, extremely friendly and 100% committed to make your stay unforgettable!!! I also liked that the hotel contributes to different development projects in the village - some extra tip extremely well spent.
