There is a small green lawn in the backyard, but it is not equipped for recreation. What’s unexpected is that there is no table in the house for eating, but there are two folding tables for a mobile computer that can be converted into dining tables. There is very little space in the living room and you will have to be careful not to knock over anything. The bed needs repair or replacement. The mattress, although a little narrow for two adults of average build, is of good quality. But the bed frame itself has long been in need of replacement or repair.
