Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Natchez.
Off street parking, huge landscaped courtyard.
Front and rear balconies
Building is an 1870’s commercial building.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Formal dining room
Living room with balcony over Franklin Street.
Beautifully furnished, with premium towels and bedding.
2 full en-suite bathrooms with tubs with showers.
About 2,000 sqft.
Check in, if before 5 p.m. (Mon-Sat), is next door at my Antique Shop - Lower Lodge Antiques 712 Franklin Street.
Our guests have access to a private “members only” pool in downtown Natchez. Pool open Labor Day to Memorial Day. Pool about 7 blocks from apartment - short drive or an easy walk.
After 5 p.m. and on Sundays we normally use a lock box for check ins. The overall stay was good. The home is Awesome. The only thing is the Bar across the street…. It was very hard to sleep. I’m sure it was cause of the holiday weekend. But overall it was good.

Booked through VRBO, this place exceeded all my expectations and made for an unforgettable getaway. If you’re looking for a blend of historic charm, modern comfort, and Southern hospitality, this is the spot. My partner and I spent a full week here, exploring the area’s rich history and antebellum mansions, and we couldn’t have chosen a better home base. The charm of this place is off the charts. The Law Building itself is a piece of Natchez history, originally a former law office that has been beautifully repurposed into upscale accommodations. Above the Law is the upstairs apartment, and stepping inside feels like entering a time capsule with a contemporary twist. The high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and original architectural details give it that authentic old-world allure, while the tasteful renovations ensure it’s bright, airy, and inviting. It’s not just a rental; it’s a storybook setting that captures the essence of Natchez’s storied past. We felt transported to a bygone era, yet with all the conveniences of today. Girls Trip
The property was perfect for what we needed. First time visit to Natchez so close to all the sights we were going to see. Several great restaurants within walking distance. Richard was a great host. Responded very quickly to any question. The place was very clean and well stocked with lots of extras. The a/c worked great.
The only disadvantage was the stairs for 3 older women carrying luggage but we managed.
Would stay there again.
