"How do I rate a hotel -- by my decision to return. Sadly, I would skip this B&B. We wanted to love this place based on the reviews but were disapointed. The room could have been cleaner. There was noise at night and early morning coming from the owner's quarters. Breakfast was mediocre. I got the feeling the owner was working on a very tight budget. The pastries, bread, etc were purchased at a grocery store not a bakery. The toilet in room 3 is on an elevated block. Every time we would exit the bathroom we would hit our heads on the ceiling of the door. Besides the location, this B&B was nothing special. "

"By far one of the best experiences, we had on our tour. I wouldn't stay anyplace else. Owners were wonderful warm and accommodating. Rooms were beautiful and not cookie cutter. Food was phenomenal. Perfect location to visit nearby sites and easy access to transportation."

Al-Hakim Boutique Hotel Old Town Nazareth

"Charming little hotel in the old town section of Nazareth. The owner Bassam was an excellent host as was his staff. Especially helping out with a few additional supplies that i requested. Also helping with getting my luggage up and down the stairs, and some recommendations on places to see when my tours got cancelled. The room was spacious. It had a desk, fridge and a kettle, tea and coffee. The bed was fine. Shower was good. However the hot water can take some time to come through. It does get there eventually. There are also mirrors in the room including a full length one. The hotel is a short walk to Mary’s Well where there are a few restaurants and a mini mart for supplies. It is also very short walk to the markets in The Old City and The Church of Annunciation. If traveling in by bus, i suggest getting off somewhere near Mary’s Well to save you pushing luggage up steep hills. (yes i made this mistake! lol) Thanks Bassam. Appreciate your kind hospitality. And i loved the chocolate! Nice touch. "

"قضينا مؤخرا عطلة نهاية الأسبوع في نزارث واختيار البقاء في فندق بوتيك الروشه. خيار ممتاز!!! الموقع ممتاز – في داخل المدينة القديمة، على المحور بين الساحة الرئيسية مع شجرة العصافير الكبيرة والسوق والكنيسة التالتية. الغرفة كانت رايقة ونظيفة والسرير كان مريح بشكل لا يصدق. بالاضافة الى ذلك، حرصت صاحبة المكان – Doa و حرصت على راحتنا و حرصت على المكوث قبل و خلال وصولنا للفندق. و حرصت على ركننا ( مقابل رسوم) و قدمت لنا نصائح ممتازة عن الاماكن الجيدة لتناول الطعام و السفر. شكرا لادارة الفندق على اهتمامهم بنا و حرصت على راحتنا و لكن حرصت على راحتنا و حرصت على الحفاظ على خدماتهم. إقامة مثالية لقضاء عطلة نهاية الأسبوع الساحرة في نزارث. ليف"

"المرافق والصيانة في حالة سيئة للغاية. يوجد الكثير من الصدأ والبقع على الأثاث. كان رداء حمامي باليًا للغاية. أعتقد حقًا أن المظهر العام يحتاج إلى تحسين جذري، فهو لا يرقى إلى مستوى المعايير الحالية. كان هناك أيضًا مجموعة من السياح"
