"سهل الوصول إليه. وفرة من الموظفين. دفع بالبطاقة فقط. جيد أن تكون قادرة على موقف سيارات في الخارج. اثنان من الوسائد كانت رائحة كريهة، وربما تحتاج إلى استبدال برغم وجود حماية عليها. الطعام في القائمة مكلفة للغاية بما أنها كانت."

"When we arrived and saw the outside we were horrified. Fortunately, the inside was better. However, while nothing inside is awful, nothing is wonderful either. It has all the hallmarks of a place in it's death throes. To be fair, the important things - the bathroom and beds - were clean, but other areas were grubby. And things were falling apart - hooks loose in the wall, toilet roll holder falling off, wrong plug for the bath that didn't fit. 'Toiletries' was a squisher of liquid soap. Worst of all, the PAT test on the hairdryer was more than a year out of date. You get the picture. Same in the restaurant. Hottest day of the year and the aircon wasn't on, so we sweltered through a mediocre meal. Breakfast was somewhat minimalist but scraped through with an 'OK'. The bread didn't fit in the antique toaster, which had a knob missing. The hot drinks area is a challenge - Lavazza is available but you are left to figure out how to work the pouches yourself. It didn't look good when - I think she was a staff member - curled up on one of the couches and went to sleep. Shoes on the couch. Some window cleaner and elbow grease would go a long way. Sorry, we won't be rushing back."

"To be fair, we arrived after a few days in a maisonette in North Wales - so had got used to space and having access to a fridge and microwave to support our travels - but our room, while stylish, was the snuggest room I've ever stayed in - as was the shower. There were just hooks on the walls to hang up clothes - no storage - it was just lucky there was space under the bed. What was even more galling was that the room had apparently once been larger - but a chunk of it had been removed to act as a general storeroom - and then there was the bizarrely inaccessible gallery - taking up the upper parts of the room where an inflatable ghost had been abandoned. The breakfasts were great with a really diverse range of options and Julie, who was tasked with providing fresh towels and room cleaning, could not have been more lovely, but this is definitely one for a quick overnight (with breakfast!!!) for those travelling light"
