Sandals Negril Beach All Inclusive Resort and Spa - Couples Only

My wife and I decided to stay at Sandals Negril for our 10th anniversary/honeymoon(our first chance to get away)... There just aren't enough words to use to say how much we enjoyed our vacation .. we stayed for ten days... In one of the sky pool butler suites ... The room was beyond amazing .. when we arrived our butler showed us to our room.. we had 2 for the time we were there .. Andre and Myron... These guys went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable...amazing service .. they should both get a raise... So polite...hard working... Just loved their service...as well as the rest of the staff we dealt with... Always a smile...we felt very welcome the whole ten days... Unfortunately I wanted to mention other staffs names as well but can't remember them all... Cyndi in the gift shop was very helpful....I'm not a huge seafood fan ...and was initially disappointed that most of the menu items were seafood... But wow... Everything was amazing... For us it was a dream vacation... A little pricey... But worth it... A special shout out to our cleaning staff .... They really did an awesome job...if you ever have the chance to visit Negril .. please consider Sandals... You won't be disappointed

Last year me and my wife celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Sandals Negril, and just knew we had to come back again this year to celebrate our 26th with them. WHAT AN AMAZING TIME AGAIN !!!!! When we arrived at the resort we were greeted with friendly smiles and service. Orlando showed us to our room, which was again the Paradise Beachfront Grande Luxe Club Level. Our room had been recently refreshed with new paint and amenities. While it was requested for us to have our previous room number, and to have our guests traveling with us as neighbors, it did not happen, which was very disappointing. ( last year was on 3rd floor, this year on the 2nd floor which didn’t have as great of views as the previous year ). But we understand that it can not always be, so we accepted, and still had an amazing time. Orlando was great through the week as well. He always checked on us when he saw us to see if there was anything he could do to make our stay more comfortable. The food was always great, with lots of options for us, as we are picky eaters. One of the greatest things about breakfast, is that we got to see Olivia again and hear that she was promoted within the resort. She is such an amazing asset to have. She always greeted us with a smile, and conversations about our families or ones that turned into having a laugh. We always looked forward to seeing her smiling face in the morning to get us going. During the day we mostly sat by the pool and engaged with the entertainment teams pool games ( I won 1st prize for the slogan game ) and 3pm volleyball. The music was upbeat and made the atmosphere inviting. Because of the games played and volleyball, we were able to meet some great pool friends that made lasting memories and some new friendships. As for the restaurants, we ate at Bayside, Perla, Kimonos, Sundowner and Barefoot Grill. No matter where we ate, it was always delicious. During our hibachi dinner, the gentleman who was cooking was entertaining and had us laughing while we ate, but also made some great food. Now for the MAIN REASON we enjoy and returned specifically to Sandals Negril….the entertainment group !! Enough cannot be said about Odane ,King James, Lady Skye, Lady Blue, Antonio, and Izzy. Their energy, voices, engagement with guests and their over all personalities are EXCEPTIONAL Without them there, I am not sure we would have returned. They treated us like family when we interacted with them. They made us laugh, get off our butts and move, and kept us going all week. The nights shows are a perfect end to the day, and we didn’t miss one again this year. We even won the Dating Game night !!! We were sorry to see that Lady Skye did not do the water show this year. Her voice is heavenly, from her soul and powerful and what made last years water show one that we will not forget. This years vocalist was just missing the same energy and talent that we saw in last years show, and it was a little lackluster. PLEASE PUT SKYE

Perfect all inclusive with exceptional service! We spent the day at a Beach Cabana with Selina as the butler. Selina is kind and provided true Jamaican culture. Thank you to the entertainment team as they provided great shows and genuine joy to watch as they truly enjoyed their jobs. Beach party was a blast. Nigrel Sandals is the perfect getaway from chaos.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the pleasure of seeingking James at my stay at the resort, and they were absolutely fantastic! The performance was fun, engaging, and full of great energy. King James is the best he is so fun to be around we love his vibe They really knew how to get the crowd involved and make everyone feel included. It added so much to the overall resort experience. They are so crazy talented and they made my trip I’m telling you and their shows oh my gosh just amazing.Loving the vibes and the food is so amazing too!

Culinary Highlights The food at Sandals Negril was absolutely five-star. Every meal was a celebration of flavor, and several dishes deserve special mention: • The Sundowner served one of the most incredible surf and turf dinners we’ve had — the lobster and steak were cooked to perfection, and the crabcake was so fresh and well-seasoned that we ordered it more than once. • Bayside offered a delightful experience, with standout dishes like the escargot, paired beautifully with a relaxed evening ambiance. But the culinary excellence didn’t stop there — we also ventured down to Beaches, where we were blown away by both the Italian restaurant and the sushi bar. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of authentic flavors. At Crema, every morning started with a perfect cup of coffee — rich, balanced, and expertly crafted. We were impressed to learn that the resort flew in a master barista from another country to train the team, ensuring they were not only skilled but also certified in the art of coffee-making. Their passion showed in every cup. Outstanding Service While not every interaction met a perfect standard, several team members truly elevated our stay: • Michelle at Sundowner delivered consistent, attentive, and warm service every time we dined there. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. • At Bayside, Olivia was an absolute standout. Her energy, promptness, and friendly nature set a gold standard — if everyone on property were like Olivia, the resort would easily rival any five-star global destination. • Stacy-Ann from Club Sandals brought such professionalism and warmth that made us feel cared for throughout our stay. She’s a true asset to the property. • When we experienced an issue at Perla, where staff failed to appear during late-night hours, Lancelot, the Food and Beverage Director, stepped in with true leadership. He handled the matter quickly and professionally, and even made our anniversary celebration one to remember — a personal touch we deeply appreciated. Additionally, I reached out to Cion, one of the managers on staff, through the GINA app, regarding the ocean floaties, which had become dirty due to a seaweed issue. She addressed the concern immediately, and for the rest of our stay, they were cleaned every other day, improving the overall beach experience significantly. Service Feedback While the food and select staff were exceptional, overall service throughout the resort lands between 3.5–4 stars, particularly when compared to Sandals Dunn’s River, where we experienced consistent five-star treatment.
