We had a wonderful family vacation at Beaches Negril and would definitely recommend it for families. The staff really made our trip special. Highlights: Snuba was such a hit we did it twice. Damon’s calm yet solid leadership and Bobba’s jokes and kindness had our kids grinning ear to ear. Stella was our favorite restaurant—the lasagna with fresh mozzarella was divine, and Charles gave us the best service of the trip. Hibachi with Kevoy was another highlight—his magical voice and fun energy made the night unforgettable. Delly’s positivity during volleyball kept us coming back three days in a row. Our kids even scheduled their day around his tournaments. The shows were great, especially the fire show! It was the crowning jewel on the week's shows. Jose became our son’s favorite and made him feel special by always stopping to say hello. The landscaping was breathtaking. My husband had a tour with Lenroy, who spent an hour sharing his knowledge. Learning from him was a highlight, and the grounds are clearly a reflection of his dedication. We also had family photos taken by Dwayne, who is not only a master photographer but also one of the friendliest staff we encountered. He remembered our names and greeted us warmly every day. A special shoutout to Tyree in concierge services. When our bill had issues due to a system changeover, Tyree went above and beyond—working two phones at once and spending 30 minutes fixing what no one else could. His problem-solving made a huge difference! Areas for Improvement: RFID wristbands for room access would be much easier than carrying keys at the pool or beach. The music at the small pool was so loud in the afternoons that we couldn’t even talk to each other. Most of the concierge team seemed unable to resolve issues on the spot—Tyree was the clear exception. Lastly, we love Jamaican culture and enjoy speaking Patois (this was our fifth trip). The amount of times staff spoke in Patois to each other in front of us or even mid-conversation with us was very noticeable and much more than we’ve ever experienced before. It often felt exclusionary, almost as if we were being talked about, and it came across as rude compared to our past visits. Final Thoughts: Despite a few areas that could be improved, Beaches Negril gave us an unforgettable family vacation. The people we met—Damon, Bobba, Charles, Kevoy, Delly, Jose, Lenroy, Dwayne, and Tyree—are true treasures who made this trip so special for us.

I stayed with Sandals Negril and was told I can freely visit Beaches Negril! Beaches is 5 minutes away so the ride was a breeze! Entry was easy, parking lot was small but close to the lobby area. The lobby is beautiful! We got a map and extra directions to find the waterpark! It is designed for kiddos but there are two slides designed for the kiddos at heart. The pools and lazy river are also cozy, clean and inviting. The sea is warm and inviting, the staff friendly and helpful! Entertainment is also kid friendly! Special shout out to Giselle and Jenor who stopped by to ensure we were having fun and helped us with the restaurant options. Marcus and Najay are also excellent mixologists! Ask for something colourful! I promise the staff cares and they are truly here to serve ya! This is a definite recommend!!!! 10/10!

This was our 8th butler trip to Beaches Negril and the second in a Firesky Villa. Our butlers, Novia and Nicholas, made our trip absolutely perfect. They should be commended for their ability to provide thorough attentiveness without being intrusive. The room is wonderful and well appointed and the views are second to none. We will be back!

Our Beaches Negril experience was simply delightfully. Every team member we encountered always made sure to ask us if we were having a good time or needed anything. They were always willing to help. The food was delectable and there was great variety. The food was perfectly prepared and their service was excellent. Would like to make special mention of Shereen and the tours desk. She sent above and beyond for us. Also Leon who gave the most impeccable service at our dinner. Shynnae was also such an enthusiastic team member who made us feel so welcome and last but not least Tonyo at Stella’s. He have great service at our last dinner on property at Stella’s. The food was delicious. The only thing I would change is the size of the beds, wish they had been queen sized beds.

We just got back from a wonderful vacation at Beaches Negril! We have a family of 5, 13 yr old, 10 yr old and 6 yr old and they had a wonderful time! The room was very clean and close to everything. The food was excellent. I would say the servings were a bit small but you can order more of it, so that doesn't really matter. I would say my kids would have liked more snack options throughout the day as they only have meal places and the yogurt shop. The kids loved the yogurt shop and they want 2x a day! The service provided by staff across the resort—including the front desk, concierge, restaurants, and entertainment team—was top-notch! The hotel is at least 90 minutes from the airport which was a negative for us as my daughter gets car sick so the ride there and back was difficult for her. Wish it was a bit closer. The pool and water park and the beach were very clean. The outdoor appearance of the property is beautiful and well-maintained. All in all the trip was great and would love to return again!

I just returned from Beaches Negril for the third time this year. Our stay in February was so impressive that we booked Spring Break in April. So much fun that while my wife and son were in Poland last week, I returned for a third week. My reason for returning was that the staff was so pleasant, fun and everyone remembers you! As a result, even though I traveled alone, I was never lonely with all the acquaintances that spent time with me. The key to the success at Beaches Negril are the staff and their friendliness, caring and ability to accommodate any request. The Managers make sure that everything runs seamlessly and the cleanliness, accommodations and food/beverages are all top notch. The resort size and the friendliness of the Jamaican people which is why it is by far my first choice. Enjoy! Michael

So I just have to tell you - the performers are top notch. From being Sesame Street characters to doing water shows around 8:30 each night - they are amazing. They are all great with kids and love interacting with them. Some of the females have tremendous voices - and there are two guys who did the most incredible show that I have ever seen that took perfect mastery of their bodies and strength to do what they did. Nothing short of amazing. The resort - is just like very other all-inclusive, so I will stick with the performers who helped make some memories that will last for a long time.

So this kind lady, named Natalie helped my niece carry some of the drinks from the bar since my niece had her hands full. We really appreciate her help and we thank you Natalie.

Return to Paradise at Beaches Negril: A Family Reunion Done Right Just returned from a family reunion at Beaches Negril, and I can't say enough about this place. From the moment we arrived until the very last goodbye, the team went above and beyond to make this a truly unforgettable trip. The butler service with Tawani and Shane was phenomenal. They anticipated our every need, making everything from daily reservations to last-minute requests seamless. I don't know how they manage to take care of villas on opposite ends of the resort, but they get it done. We also had an incredible private dinner on the beach, and the speed at which it was prepared and served by the culinary team led by Executive Chef Lamar was unbelievable. It was faster than some commercial kitchens I've seen serve 15+. GM Lancelot should be incredibly proud of this crew. One of the most impressive things about this resort is the staff's dedication. It was amazing to see so many familiar faces from our trip six years ago, with some having moved up to leadership roles. Bartender Jojo and Server Roy are now leading the team, and it's no surprise—their crew is rock solid. Special shout-outs to the incredible staff who made every day special: Alicia, who found us a cool spot under a fan at the Mill. The Mill team: Shanique, Amani, and Erroll, who made us feel like royalty at the buffet. Tazzale at the food trucks, who kept the kids happy with a constant supply of fries and tenders and always greeted us with a huge smile. Steven and Kamani, who kept the party going at the Big Top with their expert cocktails. The entire bar crew: Tashiki, Cassara, Rojay (All-day!), Conrad, Shannon, Monique, Carderro, Kevion, and especially Leon for those extra pineapple slices for the kids' virgin daiquiris. The nightly entertainment at Beaches Negril is in a league of its own. The team of just eight performers/entertainers is pure talent. I'm pretty sure I saw them everywhere, from the evening performances to daytime activities and the Sesame Street shows for the kids. For those who love adventure, the water sports and dive shack team is the best in the business. Our boat captain for our trip to Rick's was the same all-star team from our snorkeling adventure. Captain Julian and snorkel guide Raj (Papa Smurf) truly embody the spirit of Jamaica and are a huge reason we keep coming back. The dive team, including Bear and Garth, is world-class—if you dive, do not miss a chance to go with them. And for anyone looking to relax, the Red Lane Spa is a must. Our room was very dated and crumbling, holes in floor, cabinets that don't close, visible plaster patches on walls. Open window shutter in bathtub/shower, so no privacy and we could hear other guests talking as they walked by our unit. Staff was also not very customer friendly. They are constantly talking among themselves in Jamaican and made us feel like we were bothering them or that they were more interested in talking to other staff than paying attention to us. Bus ride from airport was in an old minibus, very uncomfortable and long 2 hour ride on bumpy road. Beach was very nice, however we were constantly being bothered by peddlers. Hotel staff was making no visible attempt to stop them from constantly hounding us. Some activities were free, however too many had extra costs, including a beach bed which was like $200 U.S. extra per day.... Children activities and pool areas were pretty good. Food was good, but not great. Very hot and humid weather, with showers and thunder showers everyday around 3-4 pm. Overall, we would not recommend this resort

We had an awesome time at this resort!! The staff was so friendly and definitely made it a special experience!! Cameisha and Cassara were our favorite bartenders at the tiki bar and Anita was our sever multiple times!! They all went out of their way to ensure a wonderful experience!!! If you visit here ask for these amazing ladies for sure!!!😊

I recently stayed at Beaches and there were many aspects of the experience that I truly enjoyed. The food was excellent, and the service provided by staff across the resort—including the front desk, concierge, restaurants, kids club, and entertainment team—was top-notch. The entertainment was lively and engaging, and the character experiences were a big hit, especially for the kids. The outdoor appearance of the property is beautiful and well-maintained. However, there are definitely some areas that need improvement. Room service was only available to guests staying in the most expensive butler suites, which was disappointing given the high cost of staying at the resort. Some rooms are extremely outdated, with old, worn-out furniture. I had to request a room change because my original room was in poor condition. There were also plumbing issues—my toilet flooded, the bathtub was loose and “sweating,” and there were visible signs of water damage on the walls, which had clearly just been painted over. Mold was present along the sides of the air conditioner, which raised health concerns and added to the overall dissatisfaction with the room. For the price of this resort, I expected better. It’s clear that guests in butler suites receive a much higher level of attention and quality, but all rooms should be held to the same standard. I’ve stayed at less expensive resorts that offered more modern, better-maintained rooms and room service for all guests. Beaches really needs to invest in updating all rooms and offering room service across the board, not just for premium suites. Until these issues are addressed, the value for money just isn’t there.

Beautiful family resort. The beach area is clean and spacious, plenty of lounging areas. Food is delicious with plenty of options! Loved the sweet plantains at the Mill!

OMG we had the best time. Sasha-Lee made our stay so much fun. She Rocks!!!!! The water sports. OMG our Butlers were the absolute best Nico and Shaneek were top tier they didn’t let us want for anything. I love it here.
