Shop 1.1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, télécabine" 1.2 km, railway station "Sion" 17.7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, walking paths from the house 300 m, gondola lift 1.1 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées 1 km. Hiking paths: bisse Vieux 300 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). "Lara", 4-room chalet 94 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and cable TV. Exit to the balcony, north facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Chalet Laura is comfortable and well laid out. This is the first time that the bedding has been very clean. Access is difficult with all the works in progress and the road (Fragnière) closed for a whole day on 07.10.

Very good cottage, clean and equipped with everything you need. The two bathrooms and the 3 bedrooms were well equipped and not exaggerated. Kitchen and living area including fireplace were very good.
