I’ve visited multiple Siddhartha hotels across Nepal—Bhairahawa, Butwal, Kathmandu, you name it. But nothing compares to the experience I had here in Nepalgunj. The restaurant was top-tier, food was amazing, and above all, the service truly stood out. Our waitress, Lovily Khadka, was exceptional. Her passion for hospitality is unmatched—she was warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed. I’ve never felt this level of personal care and professionalism in any other Siddhartha property. Huge shoutout to her for making our visit unforgettable!

Visited the rooftop restaurant and had an amazing time! The views were breathtaking, and the food was absolutely delicious. A special thanks to Nabin Bhatt, the Cluster Sales & Marketing Manager, for his excellent hospitality and attention to detail. His warmth and professionalism made our evening even more memorable. Highly recommend this spot for a great dining experience with a stunning view!

Hotel ambience is so good and attractive and food is tasty especially pizza. Service is also very good given by miss lovely.
