Family Resort Hotel Manora

Nettes Hotel in einem kleinen Ort. Zum Strand waren es nur wenige Minuten. Frühstücksbuffet war wie in den meisten Hotels, es war für jeden was dabei.

Tolles familiengeführtes Hotel mit suuuper Essen Das rel. neue und sehr gepflegte Hotel liegt in dem ruhigen Ort Nerezine. Die Inhaber sind äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sehr schöner Pool mit bequemen Liegen. Zur Badebucht sind es ca. 5 min. zu Fuß, ist aber kein Problem. Dort stehen für Hotelgäste kostenfreie Liegen und Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung. Am Kiosk kann man Getränke aufs Zimmer schreiben lassen. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist, dass es leider keine Toilette gibt. Durch aufgeschütteten Kies ist der Zugang ins Meer sehr gut möglich. Frühstück und Abendessen kann man auf einem sehr schönen angelegten Außenbereich genießen - am Abend mit angenehmer Hintergrundmusik - einfach toll. Wir waren begeistert von dem hervorragenden Essen, wie im Sternelokal. Extralob an die Köchin. Daher unbedingt Halbpension buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt - danke dafür.

Bellezza e relax Hotel ben gestito, silenzioso, pulito con personale gentile e sorridente. Varia scelta sul cibo tra pesce carne vegetariano. Verdure a buffet. Ottima colazione Baia con pineta vicino all’hotel con servizio di lettini e ombrelloni. Possibilità di fare sport bicicletta, canoa e altro Vicino al centro del paese dove si trovano i servizi Clima piacevolmente ventilato Che dire di più? Ci torneremo sicuramente

Im Manora fühlt man sich im siebten Himmel. Tatsächlich: ein Ort, um Sterne zu schauen! Ruhig, gediegen, picobello sauber und großzügig, überaus freundlich sowie charmant im familiär geführten Service. Eine exzellente Küche am Morgen mit vielfältigem Frühstück- kein Wunsch bleibt offen. Zwischendurch etwas frisch zubereitet und ganz selbstverständlich für die Kids ein Snack, am Abend immer neue „feine kroatische Küche“. Überraschungen im ansprechenden Ambiente! Wir sind überaus zufrieden.

Unfortunately our experience what not a positive one. Booked a triple room for two nights directly from the hotel. The room was very small, we felt the photos were deceiving. It was directly on top of the restaurant. The price per night was extremely high, yet not even a bottle of cold water was in the fridge. But the way the hotel handled the situation was a complete disappointed. We expressed the situation to the manager and explained we want to cancel the reservation for the following night, as there is a big difference between what we thought we are getting and the tiny room we wended up it. It’s not an option for a family of three, honestly. We were treated in an extremely disrespectful manner, who suggested we pay half and leave (at 19:00 pm with an 3 year old on an island). Even after finding the solution of paying some fee for the cancellation. We were denied breakfast. The manager and front desk guy were patronizing in attitude and made us feel completely unwelcome and uncomfortable. At 10:01 I tried to open the room to take the luggage (we were all packed), and the key didn’t work so by the time I was back at the front desk it was 10:03. The front desk guy again in a very arrogant way as if to make me feel uncomfortable told me that the check out is at 10:00. It was literally three minutes after. When I expressed to him he was being extremely disrespectful in the manner he was talking he just said in a laconic voice and fake smile thank you for your feedback. Part of being a hotel manager and front desk is also knowing how to handle situations where your guests are not happy. This happens. The way the situation was handled was below any expectations. This was a horrible experience that left me with tears in my eyes and a bitter taste.

Ottimo hotel, personale gentilissimo e cordiale, camera pulita e confortevole, vista piscina, animali ben accettati, parcheggio in abbondanza anche in alta stagione. Colazione a buffet, migliorabile. Consigliato per vacanza in coppia o famiglia.
