Sol Luna Bay Resort

We loved our stay at Sol Luna Bay!! Thank you! We felt like every day the hotel was exceeding our expectations. The animation staff was amazing, and our kids loved the mini kids club! There was always something to o for them.We happened to stay at the hotel while our son was turning 5. To our surprise he received some treats from the hotel with a heartwarming note! The hotel was always clean and well maintained. There was a big variety of food, fresh and delicious. All five members of our family could always find something that they loved. The ladies on the kitchen and in the dining room were very nice and friendly. Another surprise was a special dinner on Saturday which happened to be our last night with decorated dining room, music, champagne and party on the beach! We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel verbracht. Vom ersten Tag an waren wir stark begeistert, wie sauber und ordentlich es in jedem Bereich war. Das Personal ist klasse und leistet sehr herzliche und professionelle Leistung! Unser Familienzimmer hatte direkten Meerblick und das Meeresrauschen war ein Vergnügen. Das All-inklusiv Programm bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas Leckeres. Rund um die Kinderwelt findet man in diesem Hotel so vieles, dass unser Sohn jeden Tag was Neues zu entdecken hatte. Vielen herzlichen Dank an das ganze Team und wir kommen wieder!

Gorgeous hotel, room was amazing with a perfect view of the sea, Food was ok a bit repetitive but think it was coming to the end of season so probably better during peak season. Great few shops at the resort although I'm sorry to say found the lady who runs the jewellery shop to be very rude & arrogant, I bought a "silver" chain for my husband & within 3 days it had turned black couldn't return it has the shop had closed for the season. Lovely place to stay not much around the area, there is a shuttle bus into Obzor or a walk of approximately 30 minutes.

Pobyt w okresie 21-28 czerwiec 2024, dwoje dorosłych plus dwójka dzieci, wyjazd organizowany przez TUI. Duży, wręcz ogromny hotel. Pomimo jego rozmiarów nie ma się wrażenia ścisku czy ciasnoty. Na stołówce czy w głównym barze zawsze znajdziemy miejsce, przechodząc się korytarzami (np. na posiłki) potrafiliśmy nie spotkać się z innymi turystami. Olbrzymią zaletą hotelu jest jego położenie, tuż przy plaży, ok. 3 km od urokliwego miasteczka Obzor. Prywatna plaża i aquapark tuż obok to idealne rozwiązanie. Pomimo na prawdę mnóstwa leżaków, brakowało miejsca, zarówno przy basenie, jak i na plaży. Na szczęście hotel ma wydzieloną, płatną część plaży z leżakami i parasolami, tuż przy morzu. Dla nas to było idealne rozwiązanie, bez ścisku i tłoku, o każdej porze dnia mogliśmy być pewni, że będziemy mieli miejsce zapewnione. Nam trafił się lokal dwupokojowy z widokiem na morze i dodatkowym w stosunku do innych pokoi olbrzymim tarasem, po prostu cudo. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie, ręczniki wymieniane, pościel przebrana raz na tydzień. Posiłki smaczne, urozmaicone, różnorodna kuchnia. Przy plaży w przerwach między posiłkami działają snack bary, w których serwowane są również dania na ciepło (frytki, mięso z grilla, pizza). Przy barze basenowym mamy samoobsługowe dystrybutory napojów, drinki alkoholowe bardzo dobre, barmanki uśmiechnięte i miłe. Korzystaliśmy z dwóch restauracji tematycznych: włoskiej i bułgarskiej. Włoska może być, ale Bułgarska to petarda. Wieczorami organizowane są różne atrakcje, czy to dyskoteka na plaży, czy pokazy cyrkowe, codziennie coś innego. Obsługa przemiła, uczynna, pomocna. W recepcji można porozumiewać się bez problemu po angielsku, ale mówią również po niemiecku i po polsku. Ogólnie ośrodek, ludzie i warunki wypoczynku doskonałe. Polecam.

Partner has already posted a review so won't duplicate my comments. Only had 1 minor complaint about the hotel and that was the fact that the food wasn't always as hot as it could be. Otherwise the hotel was great. The water dispensers around the hotel are very handy especially as they dispensed hot water as well as cold. Came in useful for my early morning cups of tea! Special thanks to the massage & spa team. Had two very relaxing Hamman steam massages. A mention about the resort itself, if you don't have your own transport Obzor felt isolated. Reception were great and arranged taxis to take me to a couple of local beaches. Irakli beach is beautiful and very chilled.

Wir besuchen dieses Hotel nun zum zweiten Mal und sind erneut begeistert! Auch in diesem Jahr gibt es so viele Attraktionen und Aktivitäten für die Kinder, dass es nie langweilig wird. Das Hotel ist sehr kinderfreundlich, mit vielen Kindern, sodass sie schnell neue Freundschaften schließen können. Das Essen ist vielfältig und die Themen-Restaurants sind einfach super. Die Pools sind gut gepflegt und bieten ausreichend Platz zum Entspannen. Der Strand ist fantastisch, mit immer verfügbaren Liegen und flachem, klarem Wasser. Wer nach Action sucht, findet sie an den Rutschen, und der Spaß ist garantiert! Das Hotel ist ein echtes Hidden Gem! Ursprünglich wollten wir die Bewertung für uns behalten :), aber sind so überzeugt von der tollen Arbeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals, dass wir uns entschieden haben, doch zu schreiben. Macht weiter so – wir können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!
