Sunrise Blue Magic Resort - All Inclusive

Well what can I say,it make it sound better, weather was beautiful. My company too😍. We arrived after bus journey from hell to be checked in by rude man on front desk,spoke to us like we were toddlers. Room was large balcony seats terrible, 2 coffees bed was ok, bathroom well have shower you flood floor don't think toilet ever, gets cleaned. Went to town to buy jar of coffee as wasn't been left any. Can get bus to town outside lobby and back that was ok. Food well as most say stone cold never ate food as bad as this, think most was under cooked. The first week was terrible other guest pushing to get to food, second week better but not much on offer sausage rice and burgers. Swimming pool needs a good clean as do sun loungers, pool bar was open for week while we were staying there, served cola light which lobby bar didnt (diabetic) so just ended up buying own. Evening very quiet could walk to other hotel but was told be bitten lots so not worth it. Bar on beach was ok but that also closed end of season, beach was nice sand, lots of loungers. Black sea was an experience need to be a confident swimmer, lots of jellyfish. Found barstaff rather rude but just think they very young, Only one person in hotel who was friendly was cleaner in canteen waved and smiled each day what a lovely man. Never again 😒

My husband and I came here as never been to Bulgaria The hotel staff are friendly and sometimes I wonder how they can be as fellow tourists are so rude to them. The hotel is very clean and amenities good. Only a short walk to the beach which you can use the sunbeds free (if staying at the hotel) Unfortunately the hotel wasn't really near any restaurant etc which was a shame as we wanted to go out to sample Bulgarian food. The dining room is a nightmare not because of the staff but children running around and people just generally being rude. There were a good choice of food,however the food was only lukewarm. It doesn't help in the dining room having music Would I come back? No but not because of the actual hotel just the location and other tourists

Отдыхали в Болгарии в первый раз. Были приятно удивлены уровнем отеля. Заселение без задержки. Персонал сдержан, вежлив. Предложили на выбор язык общения. Номер светлый, просторный. Две огромные кровати. Очень удобный многофункциональный кондиционер. Современная сантехника, чисто в ванной комнате. Балкон с сушилкой и зоной отдыха. Однако номер был убран формально. На полу( ковролин) сразу были заметны довольно большие пятна, возможно шоколадная паста. Я не стала портить настроение, обращаться на ресепшн, и сама вытерла их мокрыми салфетками. Приложив, однако, массу усилий. Потом те же пятна я увидела и на покрывале. Видимо покрывало стирается на начало сезона и в конце:( За неделю была смена белья и полная уборка номера, что приятно. Уборка ванной комнаты, смена полотенец - ежедневная. Вода в бутылочках каждый день пополнялась. Питание сразу нас поразило разнообразием. Выбирай на свой вкус. Много фруктов: яблоки, апельсины, персики, нектарин, бананы, сливы, арбузы, дыни, черешня, один раз - ананас. Десертов так же много. Особенно шикарной была суббота! Многообразие морепродуктов, шоколадный фонтан, праздничная атмосфера! Персонал ресторана встречал с улыбкой каждого посетителя, с предложением бокала шампанского. В ресторане следят за чистотой, своевременно убирают. Что не скажешь о посуде. Попадались не очень чистые тарелки , особенно, чашки для чая, кофе. Кофе в ресторане растворимый. Натуральный кофе можно найти в лобби-баре. Огромный плюс отеля - это бесплатные вода в номере, шезлонги, зонты и пляжные полотенца. Что несомненно, повлияло на наш выбор. Большая пляжная зона, много шезлонгов. Однако вам следует знать, что пляж общий с отелем Sunrise Resort. В 9 -10 часов может не оказаться свободных шезлонгов, не говоря о возможности иметь зонт от солнца. Море чистое, в меру теплое . Волны постоянно! За неделю не было ни одного дня со штилем. Но было пару дне со штормом. Возможно это особенности данного региона. Спасатели не давали купаться детям с кругами даже под присмотром родителей. Во время шторма - никому. И на то есть веские причины. Безопасность отдыхающих на первом месте. А вот вечером волны завораживают! Можно часами сидеть на берегу и наслаждаться видами. Для детей есть все, чтобы не скучать. Небольшой аква - парк в детском бассейне, анимация, детская площадка. Вечерами мини-диско. Но почему на песке? Танцевать наши дети очень любят, но из за песка ни разу не пошли. К тому же поднимается пыль. Ходили на мини-диско в соседний отель Sunrise Resort. В отеле курить можно везде, кроме закрытого помещения в ресторане, на территории корпуса и номера. Курят на пляже, на открытой террасе ресторана, у бассейна, везде. Для кого - то это плюс, но не курящим и детям, как то не очень. Общая атмосфера отеля чудесная! Мы сделали правильный выбор отеля. Мелочи, которые легко можно исправить не испортили нам отдых. И самое главно, что я запомнила - это поздравление с днем рождения! Бутылка шам
