St. Panteleimon Beach Hotel

Amazing welcome the minute we arrived. Receptionist so polite, sorry I can't pronounce his name xx. Even got an upgrade. Rooms top spec and immaculate. Pool beautiful. View lovely. Staff great,always helpful. Sacre restaurant amazing, ace chef and waiters. Thanks to Plum and Mr Fast. A bit isolated unless you figure out the buses. But perfect for a truly relaxing break.

From the minute we arrived we were astounded by the warm welcome we received from Reception. We had both booked independently on different dates so they unaware we were related! On booking we both expected budget double rooms but to our delight they upgraded us to double apartments on the ground floor overlooking the pool! 20 mins later we met on our adjoining balcony’s in lush white robes and slippers! Breakfast was lovely and replenishment was constant. We were the first in the extremely cold pool. The restaurant attached Sacre was totally amazing. Every cuisine catered for and attending staff also extremely accommodating and kind. Rooms very clean, fresh and modern. Hairdryers, shampoo etc all there. Fresh towels every day, beach towels provided too! All in all a fantastic hotel with fabulous staff. A 4 star credit ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Magnifique séjour Magnifique hôtel situé à l’écart de la ville très propre et confortable. 2 pièces une chambre et un coin salon avec kitchenette vue mer. Personnel aimable et aux petits soins. Restaurant excellent. Piscine propre, eau un peu froide mais avec la chaleur c’est très bien. Accès direct à 2 min à pied à une petite plage de sable et à une très grande plage à 10 min à pied où se trouve 2 bars dont un petit snack et un restaurant.

Wifi iyi cekiyor. Odalar guzel ve temiz. Restorant da guzel. Turkler için restoranti işleten kisi Turkce biliyor. Denize sifir tesis, hemen aşağısı sahil. Hesapli hotel ve kahvaltisi guzel, doyurucu. Personel güler yüzlü. En alt katta çocuk oyun alanı var. ***et güzel ve çocukların hoşuna gitti. Otelin kendi otoparkı var, park sorunu yok

Location - could be described as, "off the beaten track" but suited us. We didn't want to be in a big tourist area like Sunny Beach. Room - beautiful, spacious, fantastic bathroom, great shower, nice view from balcony over the sea/pool area. Breakfast - really good, plenty of choice for all tastes. Restaurant - good value for food and drinks. Basically Bulgaria is very cheap to eat and drink out. We ate at a couple of restaurants in Nessebar. Our favourite with huge variety was White Rose. Bus service - good and cheap. Supermarket - Janet was a good shop for stocking up on snacks and water. Reasonably priced items.

We emailed ahead to let the hotel know my daughter and myself have coeliac disease so could we have gluten free bread and pastries at breakfast. We asked on the first morning, they had none. For the next 3 days we asked but no. After reading reviews where people had been given lovely gluten free bread and pancakes we were very disappointed. Staff would only say good morning/good evening if we said it first, or else there was no greeting. Breakfast waitresses were almost rude as they would barge past, never smiling. I even got told off and pushed away from the water machine when filling my child’s bottle 5 minutes after breakfast ended. There were other people still having things to eat and drink so I thought I’d get some water. They didn’t stop others, only me! Very nice, clean and comfortable building. Let down by the staff. One friendly man at breakfast and one young lady on the front desk but that was all. Be careful of taxi drivers over charging. Set your price before you get in the cab! Beautiful old town and some good trips.
