Aqua Paradise Resort - Hotel & Aquapark - All Inclusive

Wybraliśmy ten hotel ze względu na rekomendacje, polecenia. Pokoj ok, a dalej juz gorzej. Niestety rozczarowanie przyszlo zaraz po przyjeździe. Obsługa miła, ale nie ogarnia.... dostajecie tylko info ze pokój będzie gotowy po południu, bez dodatkowych informacji, co kiedy czynne. O wszystko trzeba sie dopytać. Restauracja to raczej stołówka. Panuje tam bałagan, brak kelnerów, sa tylko osoby do sprzątania, stolików w szczycie brakuje. Jedzenie monotonne, nie ma różnicy jaki dzień tygodnia, czy to kuchnia włoska, hiszpanska, azjatycka cały czas to samo. Generalnie obsługa to młodzież, zmęczona praca, czy dasz napiwek czy nie, nic sie nie zmienia. Na plus to ze nie ma Arabów, dominują Anglicy, Polacy, Franzuci, Bułgarzy, to duży plus. Nie mniej jednak hotel, organizacja i obsługa bardzo rozczarowuje. Aqua park ok, ale brudno wszędzie...

We have just got back from a week of bliss in Bulgaria. We arrived in the early hours and were greeted by helpful staff. We were provided with an information pack and a food package. (Sandwich, apple, cake and water) Our room was in the main building on the second floor with a view of the more lively pool. It was clean and spacious for three of us. The hotel staff are great and so hard working. Wherever we were on the complex, there were staff litter picking, collecting rubbish, cleaning... Etc. I couldn't fault them. Cleaners left our room immaculate and no issues with personal belongings going missing. We were happy with the variety of food and I like that there was always fresh dishes being cooked in front of you. I think the food situation is always going to vary on the kind of eater you are! Two adults and a four year old always found plenty to eat. The Purple People were celebrities in my daughter's eyes. Every night we arrived at 7:45 for the Disco and she strutted her stuff along with them. The team work throughout the day and interact with the guests in a lovely way. Even as we were waiting for the coach home at 11:00pm, the lovely Rossi came over to say goodbye and wish us a good flight home. The team are fantastic with everyone and I want to give a big shout out to the ones I remember 😅 Rossi, Hason, Ava, Dee dee, Adrian, Hope-there's more I know I've forgotten! We did a trip to Old Town which was beautiful and Sunny Beach on another day. Both were a nice break and we managed to get some nice souvenirs. The only negatives from our perspective was the behaviour of other guests. Some people assume all inclusive means "I take everything". It was hard when people took handfuls of sweets or snacks. It just felt a bit greedy? Again, people felt it necessary to reserve sunbeds but it really wasn't needed. We always found a bed! It would be helpful if some parents were more mindful of what their children are doing too; we're all on holiday but we can't switch off from our responsibilities! A few times our little girl was bopped on the head by a football whilst bigger children were playing polo over two pools. Just a bit more consideration would be great! We've booked again for next year, we love the place so much! Already counting down to Summer 2026. Thank you to the staff, Purple Team and friendly guests we met 💜

Only have one slight niggle about this resort & that was the check-in on arrival queue was long, didn’t have no one show us to our room & ended up in the wrong place trying to get into a room that was already occupied 🙄 whoops so sorry about that whoever u were. Anyway once we found our room it was a pleasant surprise clean & comfy with tea & coffee facilities mini fridge & great air con. Pools where 10/10 & the added bonus was the access to the waterpark which the kids loved. Food was great lots of choice with evening theme nights & 2 other restaurants you could book & visit twice on your stay. Snack bars at the pool had different foods there was a coffee bar which also had snacks.drinks where great cocktails at the evening entertainment delicious. Free shuttle bus to the beach taxi & bus to other parts of the island nessebar & sunny beach still using lev the country currency but I did hear they will to changing to euro from next year 2026 Loved nessebar quaint buildings & leather, wood shops stunning all in all for a 1st visit it was a great choice. Totally recommend if you have kids 😎
