"نيوم هي المدينة الساحلية الوحيدة في البوسنة والهرسك، حيث يبلغ طول ساحلها 24 كيلومترًا فقط. يأتي عدد كبير من السياح المحليين والأجانب لقضاء إجازاتهم. نظرًا لوجود العديد من الغرف والعديد من الضيوف المقيمين في المدينة، فإن أماكن وقوف السيارات ضيقة للغاية. يوجد حمام سباحة لا متناهي في الطابق العلوي من الفندق، والذي يمكن للضيوف استخدامه مجانًا. يتم إصدار سوار معصم لكل شخص، ويتم فرض رسوم على الغرباء. ويوجد أيضًا حمام سباحة كبير في الطابق الثالث. يتمتع الطابق B بإمكانية الوصول المباشر إلى الشاطئ. كانت الغرفة واسعة ولديها شرفة مطلة على البحر. تحتوي وجبة الإفطار على الكثير من التنوع وهي مرضية للغاية."

"الفندق جديد. النظافة 10 من 10. الحجرة نظيفة و ناعمة، الأرضية نظيفة حتى على الشرفة. أنا مرتاحة جدا، ولكن حقا نظيفة هنا. المناشف قديمة، ولكنها ليست حرجة على الإطلاق. السرير الصلب جداً والوسائد غير مريحة على الإطلاق (بعض الروائح المشوشة). من غير المريح أن تستحم في الحمام ــ حجر زجاجي صغير وطوفان دائم على الأرض، مهما كان غسلك بحرص. الصابون السائل فقط. المطبخ بلا معدات. لا أطباق ولا حتى صلصال. حسناً، لقد انتهى الأمر. وباقي الفوائد المتكاملة، بالطبع، مع الخصائص المحلية، الملابس نظيفة وبيضاء، المناشف تتغير كل يوم، هناك ثلاجة وفرن، الشرفة الكبيرة ذات الإطلالة الراقية، والأثاث الجديد النظيف، الأريكة نظيفة، تكييف الهواء فعال، الطعام لا بأس به، ولكن هناك الكثير من الخيارات المتاحة. ووجبات الإفطار كافية، والإدارة المتحمسة للاستجابة. وهم يسجلون السياح الأجانب."

"Stayed here as part of a Newmarket holidays tour. We were given a nice sea view room (306) with a lovely balcony to enjoy the view each evening after hectic days touring. If you have mobility issues this hotel is not suited to you as there are a lot of steps in order to get down to the restaurant or ‘beach’. One lovely lady, who uses a walker, and her daughter, who were part of our group, could not join the rest of us for breakfast or dinner due to the amount of steps, which was really sad as she could not enjoy the views like we could., they had to eat all their food at the tables in reception, away from the rest of us. Food was not very good, what little choice of an evening there was, was usually cold or at the very best warm! Not great. My hubby and I aren’t really picky when it comes to food, but we really struggled! Pool towels are provided with a deposit. If use use the pool, sun beds are free, but you have to pay to use the sun beds down at the ‘beach’ (beach is really a small concrete area with steps into the water, with a few sunbeds and umbrellas or on a floating pontoon without sun umbrellas. For the amount of people wanting to use it more umbrellas are needed, due to the intense sun/ heat. On check out, we were not leaving the hotel until 13.00, but were told we had to vacate the room by 10.00. They do not offer a complementary room in order to wash and change after using the pool or beach before departure . I was told I would have to use the outside shower up at the pool. When I explained I would want to wash and dry my hair, I was told by a receptionist that I could dry it in reception, where there were no mirrors. Ok if you have straight hair, but I don’t, I have to style it. This really is not acceptable. A few of the group did decide to sit in reception for the three hours. Great holiday but not the best ending!"
