The pillows are to high to my taste, and fitness center so poor. On the other hand, the rooms are very nice and comfortable, and the restaurant is very good.........................................................................................................

Clean, comfortable rooms with all good comm services. The shower spilled water outside the tub and the hot water took time to reach a nice temperature. The shower could have a bit more water pressure. The employees are great hosts and always ready to sort anything out. I used to stop in another hotel, now I have a new overnight hotel in Neuquen. The only drag is having to drive through several towns with TRAFFIC LIGHTS ON A HIGHWAY until you reach or depart the hotel!

Hotel is great, staff was very nice, the food is amazing, great beds and big room. We needed to store our bikes, with had no problem. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. I highly recommend this hotel is you are planning a trip to neuquen, or maybe on your way to bariloche or villa La angostura.

Estivemos hospedados no hotel de Neuquen, durante uma viagem de 18 dias com nosso filho de 3 anos. Para essa viagem programamos a alimentação dele para grandes deslocamentos, incluindo itens que são refrigerados e viajam em geladeira. Durante a hospedagem guardamos os itens na geladeira do quarto, e PERDEMOS TUDO POR FALTA FE REFRIGERAÇÃO ADEQUADA. Perdemos toda a comida programada para os próximos 10 dias de viagem, considerando um prejuízo de mais de 300.000 pesos e o transtorno e encontrar comida adequada para a criança.

Excelente atención. Cuenta con un restaurante con gustosos platos Y en casos de días cálidos, la posibilidad de usar la piscina. Las habitaciones son muy confortables y silenciosas. Los colchones y blanqueada en excelente estado. Estacionamiento amplio.

Excelente quarto. Ducha com pressao, agua de cortesia, ar condicionado, limpeza, silencio para descansar. Muito bom cafe da manha. Atende o minimo. Piscina otima e estacionamento adequado. Fomos muito bem atendidos. Cuidado!..se reserva pelo Hoteis, nao consegue ver a Nota Fiscal com IVA e eles nao descontam esse tributo para extranjeiros.
