A wonderful space within walking distance to downtown. It was great to have such a nice spot to stay near everything in the area. Clean and comfortable and easy to find. Reasonably priced and had all the basic amenities you'll need. Excited to get back sometime soon. Thanks again!

This is a wonderful property. Quiet at night and so beautiful! The owners have a great yard that is a great place to enjoy morning coffee and watch the birds! The suite is well appointed and the bed is very comfortable. This is my second stay here and I plan to return in upcoming seasons of the tulip festival that is held I few miles away.

Heating was difficult to understand. First night the setting was accidentally set to Cool, so no heat. Finally figured it out around 5:30 am the next morning. Parking was very difficult. I'm disabled and can't do stairs very well. The "15" steps were only mentioned in the "Details."The pictures did not show them, otherwise I would not have reserved this place.

Everything as described- conveniently walkable to downtown and a quiet little oasis.

Host was great and accommodating. Nice, clean place, BUT (sorry) a little road noise from the freeway. BEAUTIFUL yard and setting though. Neat trick with the lights at night.

A great place to stay while in Carson City. A comfortable bed. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the morning with a cofee and the Zebra Finches.

Perfect place to stay on our trip to Nevada City! The space is exactly as described. The birds outside were the cutest neighbors! There are apples and wild blackberries on the property, too. In the morning, you may hear people walking around upstairs. Something to consider if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in. It was a short walk to town. Be sure to check out the Saturday Farmer's Market if you can! Would definitely consider staying here again.
