Good service and good location. We went and flew hot ballon in the early morning. After checking out, the hotel helped locating the money exchange and called taxi as there was no taxi from the app downloaded.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel’s location is convenient for traveling, shopping and restaurants, the breakfast was amazing, great quality food and service. We liked the swimming pool , gym and sauna too. The room was comfortable and clean. We’ve got some help from the reception when needed a taxi to go to the museum and also we had late check out at 2 pm, it was very nice. Highly recommend this hotel!

The worst hotel in Turkey, bar none. Arrived at the hotel at 10pm, but the hotel couldn't find the reservation, so I contacted ctrip urgently and checked in successfully after a lot of trouble. Arrived in the room, found that there were no toiletries or slippers, and I had to call to get them, speechless. You need a passport to connect to Wi-Fi, and it didn't work for half an hour. When I asked the hotel, they said they were too busy and checked in immediately. It was 12pm, I don't know what they were busy with.

The room was decent, the breakfast was good, the location was in the city center, next to a big shopping mall. The bus station was nearby, and you didn't need to take a taxi or charter a car to go to several major attractions. It was cost-effective.

Because the hotel was fully booked that day, I booked two rooms of the same type. One of the rooms was very small, which was totally different from the room pictures shown on Ctrip Business Travel. The hotel facilities were also very old. The most bizarre thing was that there were no slippers and quilts in a five-star hotel. The room only had a blanket as thick as a disposable bath towel. I don't know why Ctrip platform allowed such a hotel to be sold online. It was simply deceiving consumers!

I feel that this should be the best hotel nearby, the price is very affordable, it's worth it!

Although it is Crowne Plaza, don't have high expectations and you will be disappointed. The room is clean, but there are some problems with the wifi. You need to be careful when parking on the roadside.

Beautiful hotel located in the largest shopping center in Nevsehir. The pool, spa and gym are amazing. The food in the restaurant is excellent (dinner and breakfast). Very good value for money. I recommend.
