The Neighborhood Hotel Grand Beach

Perfect stay. So many extra touches. only thing I would recommend is better lighting in bedrooms and mirror in the 2nd bedroom

The Neighborhood Hotel in Grand Beach is a nice property with several thoughtful amenities. The beds are comfortable, the linens are high quality, the location is solid and the room is clean & spacious. With a few adjustments, it could be a VERY special place. However, we have not experienced five seconds without hearing multiple screaming kids. Coffee on the balcony? Impossible with the noise. Plan on relaxing? Not a chance. Want to sleep in the morning while on vacation? Good luck. From 7:30am until well into the evening, kids rule the roost at this property. There is no manager, host or employee on site to help control the noise. This isn’t just a couple kids playing… it’s a dozen kids under age 10 going wild in and near the pool. Nonstop. Sadly, the parents do nothing. I had to leave the room to go sit in my vehicle to take a work call. When we “checked in”, a housekeeper told us this is “more like an Air B&B than a hotel.” There is no daily housekeeping or refreshing of towels, coffee or beds but they don’t mention this before you book a room. Unfortunately, we learned this after nobody serviced our room and there was already a bit of beach sand in the bed. So, if you’re an inconsiderate parent with feral heathens or you hate peace & quiet, this Grand Screech “hotel” is your place! 😵‍💫

The cottage was amazing the room very clean everything we need it we had the we had good time thanks we be staying their again

This place is pure magic. I won’t even try to tell you because I don’t want anyone else to know about this fern gully/ dirty dancing fantasy that is the neighborhood hotel. It’s the best vacation with my two toddlers we have ever had. Don’t come, please!!!!

The perfect property for a quiet, serene, and comfortable get away. Easy check in and out. Cool refreshing and spacious rooms. Beautiful property that we would highly recommend.

Great location by the beach, short drive to DT new buffalo. Suite 5 was great right by the pool with great amenities. everything from the silverware to the towels was top quality! Cozy bed and pillows. YouTube was our favorite for music lol i enjoyed the lounge common area, along with the fire pits outside
