Doesn’t meet the standards of 5 star hotel, WC flush button was broken, TV units was very small and with limited channel option, Washroom tiles were faded and dusty.  AC unit was bit noisy and the floor was without carpet seems to be very unaesthatic.

the room are very clean and the services are very nice. will book again

Near airport but hard to call taxi

The room was spacious, clean, and modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk Mr Amit and team who always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff."

Average stay. ideal for short stay near the airport.

空港近くのホテル。渋滞がなければ空港まで20分程度の距離。最近のインドの流行りの設計なのか、中央部分が吹き抜けになっております、客室は外周部分にある。このため３Fに泊まったが廊下は暑かった。食事込みで宿泊したが、レストランのレベルはそこそこ良い。

Hotel di appoggio per affari con stanze standard vicino all’aeroporto. Acqua nn arriva mai calda, un solo telo bagno e musica fastidiosa fino a tarda notte. Insomma niente di speciale. Servizio ristorante con menù ampio ma quasi completamente con piatti indiani. Presenta una palestra spaziosa e fornita ma con orario fisso.

This is our first visit. The service is very good. Food quality is also good. Staff well trained and co-ordination is very good. Very calm place. We highly recommend this for any type of stay or dinner with family. Thanks...................

I spent five hours at the hotel with my kids after arriving from a late flight, feeling completely exhausted. We decided to go to the restaurant where some cakes were displayed in the fridge. My son saw one and was very eager to have a slice. When I asked the server for just a slice, he checked with another staff member, and I was told they don’t serve slices — only full cakes. What was even more disappointing was that they seemed to be discussing the price among themselves in their own language, seemingly deciding on a quote arbitrarily. All the while, my son was crying and struggling, and despite seeing this, the staff showed no concern or effort to assist. I left feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated. This experience was far from family-friendly, and I would not recommend this hotel to families with kids. The lack of empathy and poor service was unacceptable.
