Review:
I stayed at the hotel for one night on 28th June with my partner. Unfortunately, during my stay, I was on my period and ended up staining the bedsheets and pillows. I completely understand that there may be charges for the damage, and I was willing to take responsibility for it.
However, what truly disappointed me was the way the hotel staff at the reception handled the situation. I did not feel treated with respect or empathy. Instead of addressing the matter with understanding or discretion, the interaction left me feeling deeply embarrassed like I had made a huge mistake just for experiencing something natural.
Hospitality is not just about managing rooms; it’s about how you treat your guests in uncomfortable moments too. I genuinely hope the hotel team can be more sensitive and respectful in the future.
