It's my first time ever leaving a review on something, and I am glad to do it for the Hotel Delhi Aerocity because, even though I had just a night there at the beginning of my trip, the staff went above and beyond to make everything work for me! As a female solo traveler I felt safe from the start, increasingly comfortable, and very well taken of by each one of the very kind and professional staff at the hotel - and no paternalism involved! I could choose between two rooms, both perfectly tidy and clean: wifi worked all *****, hot water came immedialy. Dinner and breakfast had plenty of veggie options, and were mind-blowing delicious! Plus, when the driver booked by my following destination didn't show up, they helped me call them and re-arrange another transfer very quickly and with no drama. If you come from the airport, do provide your driver with the video of the directions they'll send you upon booking: the place is on the left about 300mt after the Radisson Blu. There are a couple of hotels with similar names (like adding "Inn" at the end) on the same road before getting there: keep going! Also - but this is a general tip for travelers - bring earplugs because planes keep departing and landing until late, and the road nearby is quite busy. Have a good stay!

口コミをみて記載されてる内容が嘘なのは知ってましたが、いざ行くと全く住所が違い、結局辿り着きませんでした。 期待してませんがやむを得ない理由が有るので一応キャンセル申請しましたが、当然返金は受け付けないとのこと。詐欺に遭った気分で素敵な旅行になりました。

The hotel staff are generally helpful and nice. The room clean but the location is not in Aerocity!! Delicious hotel breakfast.

The location is far from the airport

Another property that uses a location in its name, but isn’t where it’s supposed to be. Definitely on the outskirts of Aerocity. Another name on the facade. Basic facilities. Helpful staff

Económico, limpio, personal agradable y desayuno bastante mejor de lo esperable. En una calle principal pero sin ruidos de circulación puesto que está un poco recogido. Nos hemos llevado una muy buena impresión. Si volvemos a Delhi volveremos.

Pessima esperienza con questo hotel. Avevo prenotato l’ultima notte del mio viaggio in India qui, però purtroppo il mio volo era in ritardo e non sono potuta andare in hotel perché il volo successivo sarebbe partito poche ore dopo. Morale della favola: sono rimasta in aeroporto a dormire e pur spiegando all’hotel la situazione, che non dipendeva da me, mi hanno comunque addebitato il costo intero della notte. Zero comprensione. Sicuramente la prossima volta prenoterò altrove!

Upon entering the room, I was impressed by its immaculate cleanliness, which contributed to a pleasant atmosphere during my stay. The room service food exceeded my expectations, with a diverse menu featuring delicious dishes that were both flavorful and well-presented. Additionally, Mr. Rakesh and Mr.Pankaj at the reception went above and beyond to assist guests, providing prompt and courteous service that made me feel valued and welcomed.

The cleanliness and amenities are as expected for the price I paid. The room was not clean, sheets and towels had stains and felt damp. The service however was excellent. The check in was fast and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. When I asked for samosa which weren't on the menu, he sent someone to pick it up and served it to me. He didn't even charge the delivery fee. Restaurant food was descent and well priced.

This hotel isn’t in the heart of Aerocity more on the edge of a major slip road, however it’s a short taxi ride from the airport, the staff are super friendly and really helpful. Overall the room was way better than I was expecting for what I paid, more importantly the bedding and bathroom were very clean and serviceable. While I was there I used their restaurant and had a huge amount of food for under a 500R that’s about £4.30 sterling. As I just needed a bed for the night, the location really wasn’t a problem. The food was really good and most of all I felt safe as a solo female traveller in this hotel. If you want a pretty decent bus get hotel, I would recommend this hotel.

Overall stay was good. We enjoyed food was very tasty. Good customer service. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.little bit issues wid the accessories but they provided when we called.we recommend this hotel for every family and couples

Shere singh And Rakesh at reception Are very nice. They were helping me from the start from the reservation no fuss at all. I really like the place also. The owner has given time and lot of thinking to this place. The bed, Water the towels everything is perfect

Переночевали в этом отеле две ночи. Все вполне достойно. Просторные номера, чистая постель, просторный душалет, есть горячая вода, вай-фай, можно заказать покушать в номер. Особенно понравились ребята-менеджеры, работающие там. Были к нам всегда внимательны, помогали, подсказывали. И, когда нам нужно было такси, вызывали по приложению, без комиссии.
