The location was within the Business District and within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit but still be nice and quiet in the evening. There was secure parking just down the road and the helpful guide from hotel helped secure the parking. The 2 bed apartment was very nice, clean, really well laid out with loads of space for a family of four. We also enjoyed using the games room, gym and pool during our stay. The hotel provided a lot of extras as well which was greatly appreciated.

Great location and perfect amenities. Condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and we loved having the full kitchen and laundry. Perfect for a family of four. Staff was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed both the game room and pool.

This place was amazing! The new management had updated the beds before we got there so we ended up with a King in what was supposed to be a queen room (yay!). We had everything we needed for our stay. Extra towels, toilet paper and coffee with creamer and sugar were all supplied for us. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, and the whole place was sparkling clean. Myra, Heather and Johnny were amazing and so sweet to help direct us to the best places to eat and visit while we were here for the Taylor Swift concert. There was someone available 24/7 on site if you needed anything, but we didn’t need much other than directions. We had an easy walk to the Stadium, and were able to walk to the WWII museum, Cafe Dumonde and all of the shops. Mike was fantasic in making sure our car was taken care of since parking can be difficult around town, and he was quick to answer your call if you needed anything. This will be our go to place to stay from now on! 10/10!! Thank you 888 Baronne!

This was the worst place I ever stayed at. When I got there the outside of the door smiled like a Sewer and the code they give me to get in the airbnb didn't work. I sat on the phone for 1 and a half hour waiting for someone give me a code counting down from number 10 n the que. No tv in the placed worked cause I couldn't get a wifi connection. The tv in the middle room was missing the remote and it took 2 days from them to bring one. I was in the place for 2 day with no tv and sewer smell. Room and some areas was dirty and no one come to clean it after I complained. When I text them with issue they text my back 5 hours later.. I asked for some more wash clothes and they texted me back the next day AND NEVER BROUGHT ANY. I see all the bad reviews they get and all they say is sorry but at no time have to offered to give back and money for all the inconvenience we go through. N the door lock was half off like someone tried to kick in the door and they never came to fix it all they care about is your money.

This property is managed Roami, a company based in New Orleans. Based on our recent experience with them, all potential guests should STRONGLY reconsider staying at ANY location under Roami's management. As is easily established by online research, they have a years-long history of poor maintenance, wretched customer service, and stony indifference to the safety and comfort of guests. Their properties are regularly found to be dirty, uncomfortable, lacking in essential supplies, and generally unsatisfactory. More importantly, they are utterly unmoved by the inconveniences suffered by their guests. If you chose to stay here, do not expect even a modicum of sympathy or consideration from these heartless, greedy hosts.

We started on the wrong foot - On the night of our arrival, the code offered online at check in was not working for the front door. After a 24 hour trip we stayed for 30 minutes in front of the property with no answer on their phone numbers. Our luck was that some other guests came back to the property and opened the front door. After 3 nights of out 7 night prepaid stay we came to the apartment to find a huge termite infestation. We contacted the property call center to find a solution. They did not have an option for the 3 of us. We had to cancel our plans for the night (tickets to the Jazz Festival worth 350 USD) and move to a different hotel, booked last minute at a huge price. The problem? We paid in average 350 USD/ night. The refund amount issued by the property - 224 USD/night. After the guy from the reception sprayed the room with something to kill the termites his supervisor on the phone actually suggested that we can spend the night in the room... Location is good with walking distance to our point of interest (Convention Center). The front office guy was friendly and helped us with an UPS package that we had delivered to the property. the size of our apartment was good and also the kitchen was well equipped.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Stayed here for a friends birthday trip and was very disappointed in the overall cleanliness and customer service. The sheets, mattress, and pillows were all soiled/stained. We had no pillow cases for our pillows. How is that even possible?? When we removed the sheets as they were filthy, there were blood stains, urine stains, and what looked like stained feces on the mattresses. When reporting this to the customer service rep they were very unhelpful, overall presented with a lack of understanding given the uncleanliness of the suite. We were initially told we had to wait until the next day to receive clean sheets but we had to demand new sheets and explain over and over that we cannot sleep in this condition. With multiple calls for reminders the new set of sheets arrived a few hours later and once were also very stained so we stayed up until 2/3 the next morning doing laundry on vacation. Bathroom was also not clean. There was previous guest hair on the shower walls, random stained spots, and an old dried up soap bar that was left there for who knows how long. After our first night we met Dawn who was very caring and understanding given our circumstances. She was able to instruct housekeeping on all affected areas that needed to be cleaned/ sanitized throughout the suite. The entire penthouse also had a horrible smell like mildew/sewage, most likely coming from the hvac throughout our stay. We had to purchase air fresheners to get the smell out! Overall, This was the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed at and this completely affected everyone’s mood for the rest of the trip. Spoke to other guest staying here and they also mentioned their rooms were also not cleaned to its entirety.

Our two-bedroom condo exceeded expectations. It was very clean, roomy, well-appointed, and well-supplied. The location is excellent, nearby to restaurants, a great grocery store, and within walking distance to the French Quarter. The pool was not open for part of our stay, and not heated during the remainder, but the price was reasonably adjusted as a result. Highly recommend.

The entire facility was clean and well-appointed, even better than expected. The rooms were nicely updated and spacious, and we had no issues with pests, noise, access or supplies. The kitchen space was very nicely done, and we were stocked with coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, etc., with more available in the lobby. We thoroughly enjoyed three opportunity to unwind in the game room in the evenings. The location was also nice for us and we didn't mind walking to the more active areas of the city. Personal suggestions would include another chair in the TV area, a more traditional mattress for these older bones, and new tips on the pool cues. 🙂 We truly enjoyed the space, and the staff was responsive and very nice. We will look for other Roami properties to enjoy!
