first thing first, the receptionist guy's attitude was like a machine with black face. that gave me a bad impression of this hotel. i dont think i need to lecture you guys on the importance of customer services. in addition, i called the frontdesk to check the breakfast time at 06:27, no one answered! when i arrived at the reception at 06:30, the same receptionist guy was just sitting there. i cannot imagine a customer's call is not picked up by front line. what if there is an emergency. luckily not in my case.
other than this, everything else was good.
1) the breakfast quality was good. they offers varieties of food including western and eastern. in particular, the cereal with the cold fresh milk is the best i had ever had. it was very crunchy and you can literally feel the freshness.
2) the soap gel is good. they provides good quality of soap gel. i think it was lavender. it gave me the feeling like being in a high end spa.
