Check in to room 2109 and ac was blowing 85….turned it on and left for an hour…hoping it would work….but it was broken. Engineering came up and after spending a whole lot of time in our room….it started working. But next our tv remote control didn’t work.
So we couldn’t get ready because the hotel was in such bad shape…..and crazy add on charges like a $4 hold bag fee. The low price is deceptive.
The worst thing about the whole experience was the front desk staff said there was absolutely nothing they would do for me. The manager would even speak to me…and the desk staff was told to do nothing. …..not even the courtesy to tell
Me “we’re sorry”.
So clearly there is a pervasive attitude of “get their money and deal with it”. The hotel feels very old and dark….and with all the options…..select somewhere else.
And to that manager….you’ve cost Hyatt my business because I’ll never stay in a Hyatt again.
