房間很新很乾凈，機場shuttle bus也很方便，每半小時一班。除了周邊環境有點嘈雜之外沒啥毛病，不過JFK附近大環境就是如此。

The room was very clean!!!! The check in process was not pleasant but I was not upset. I got a group in front of me and even though two people were working, only one was working. The young man working was very nice and very professional. The room was sparkling clean. The checkout was very similar, two people working but none actually working the desk. The shuttle arrived timely but the door was broken, they continued working until it was fixed.

Good hotel but when I got there, the hotel was maintenance so a little bit messy

房間很乾淨。除此之外的環境都髒髒臭臭的。沒有提供行李寄放服務但是官網寫有。服務生的態度普通。

Excellent service and convenient location

The hotel is in the process of renovations so the lobby, elevators and areas of the hotel were a mess but we stayed in a room that had already been renovated and it was really nice! Clean, comfortable and new. My only complaint was that I booked this hotel because they offered shuttle service to the airport and said they drop off right at your terminal. When it came time to use the shuttle the driver said he was “too busy” to drop off at the terminal and he would be dropping off at the Air Train. We ended up calling an Uber.

Still trying to get my money back from this lack of a stay. Staff couldn’t even check us in so we spent $500 to stay at the at the TWA hotel after freezing in the parking lot waiting for an Uber. Hotel looked rough and under full construction as well.

Great room, as it was newly refurbished.. the hotel is under a lot of construction. But the great price and transfer to the airport was great

Not what I expected from this brand. Maybe because of the construction but cleanliness could be better in the rooms.

The front desk manager called Layla was rude and unprofessional and impatien! Very Bad experience with this hotel and with that lady. Will not consider it next time.

콜롬비아 가는 길에 비행기 Transfer시간 때문에 잠시 머물었던 호텔인데 생각 보다 만족감이 들고, JFK 공항에서 가까우니 저 처럼 잠시 머물기에는 훌륭합니다.
