Gostei da estadia, principalmente da recepção. São muito atenciosos e pro ativos. O quarto é confortável, luzes adequadas ao descanso. Mas a academia é gratuita apenas para membros da realeza. Os hóspedes que não são membros da família real pagam $25 para fazer uso da academia 24h e se for depois do horário da 9pm paga $50. O café da manhã é numa cafeteira. Achei os valores a partir de 18 podendo chegar a 38 meio 'expensive'. Mas tive boas noites de sono. Apesar que fico incomodada de não ter janelas para abrir ou balcão. Mas estava fazendo muito frio.

So glad we chose to stay here, on a recent visit to Newcastle. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself is massive ,clean and modern. The little light that comes on ( in the bathroom) when you go to the toilet at night , is genius. The "Hunter" toiletries were luxurious. The bed and pillows are positively divine :) Great location, a short walk to the cultural centre, "downtown" and waterfront. The beaches are a short drive away. There are some reasonably priced "treats" available to purchase from reception (chips,drinks etc). There is an adjoining multi-storey carpark. We were advised by reception, if we joined the loyalty club, we would pay $25 per day and not $35 - a handy saving. The extra benefits we found were the onsite laundry (level 5) is free to use , with washing liquid included - so handy! Free bottled water, is also included and appreciated. The library and board games on level 5 are a nice touch.
