Not a bad stay actually, my husband and I had no tangible problems really, the receptionist, Beth was lovely as well. (Except at breakfast, one of the staff was not really receptive, maybe because it was not pre-booked)

Spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Great nights sleep no noise or lights. Fantastic helpful staff. So went out of his way to help. Our room had no USB PORTS room 37. But he found us an adapter in lost property to. Got us extra towels and soft pillows. Breakfast was great all cooked fresh to order. Great choice of all foods hot and cold,lonely fresh fruit salad . Really friendly staff. Breakfast staff fantastic especially Holly. Evening me lovely and piping hot.

Excellent breakfast. Cooked to order and very good quality. Beds comfortable as usual. Clean room and bathroom. Staff very nice and accommodating. Only issue is we needed more towels as there was only one bath and one hand towel, but easily rectified by asking at reception for more.

I booked this hotel while going seeing a client in Rochdale, I arrived at the hotel to be greated by a cheerful gentleman named Brian , he welcomed me to Rochdale offered me the meal deal upon check in really good service, comfortable room and very clean I also saw brian when checking out again made sure I enjoyed my stay and hopefully I get the same service if I return to Rochdale again and bump into the gentleman on the desk real asset to premier inn nothing better than being greated with a happy smiley member of staff Well done premier inn Rochdale and brian

Stayed here for a couple of nights while we had some work done at home, great location just of the motorway, lovely room, Brian on the desk checked us in was super friendly chatty and nothing was too much! Thanks again Brian will stay here again

Stayed here several times. The staff are friendly especially Brian who has always been friendly, helpful and would do anything for you. He is amazing and always makes our stay extra special. Room is comfortable, clean with good facilities. Will definitely be returning. From (the Scousers)
