Ideal retreat for a relaxing break or stop over for weary travellers. Enjoy the farm atmosphere right at your back-door. A merely 15-minute drive to the beach and 5-minute drive to Orbost town for your necessities. You can even gaze at the livestock kept at the back paddock. We welcome fishing and hunting enthusiasts as we can cater for your needs in terms of freezer space.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 55 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Fish cleaning facility is at the side yard. Fish cleaning inside the cottage is not allowed. Extra freezer space for your catch can be provided..No access beyond the farmgate without prior arrangement. Newmerella Cottage
A lovely cottage just outside of Orbost. Close to Marlo, Cape Conran, Lakes Entrance, Mallacoota and Buchan. The cottage was well equipped, clean, cosy and very newly renovated. With a couple of improvements, the cottage will be perfect for short getaways. Raquel was excellent with communication and generous with her husbands fishing haul - thanks again for the flathead!

Great Weekend Getaway
We stayed at the lovely cottage in Newmarella for the weekend with our family for a fishing trip.Plenty of space and has all the amenities. Its all new and feels cozy.Raquel has been very accommodating and very fast with the communication.Thank you!
