It is located on the ground floor which makes it easily accessible with a designated parking space ( # 107) directly across from the front door.
Not toddler proofed. Wall heaters low to floor with no partitions in place. Open stairs out deck to ground level.
It has one large bedroom with queen bed and two full bathrooms. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests as well as a roll-away bed available to accommodate a total of 2-4 people. Relax on the covered deck to view the ocean and fabulous sunsets, or enjoy the grassy lawn directly out the patio doors. Smart TV in the large living area. Free Internet access. The fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and enjoy your meals with all the finest dinnerware and service. Many extra condiments with coffee and teas.
