The Headland Hotel and Spa

Visited for Aqua Club usage, Thermal Spa and Spa Treatments. Aqua Club facilities good variety of pools, very clean. This is my sixth out of season visit over the years it's been open. And this time I'm sorry couple of niggles.😔. Reception Team Aqua Club not very friendly or happy? No pool side service, I'm sure there was previously? at present have to leave pool, go inside, order then they bring it out to you? Facilities also completely over subscribed, no beds free anywhere by 11am, all pools full including swimming pool. And no kicking out time at end of your slot? So no one leaves at end of slot, just more people keep piling in? 😂 I'm sure the hotel will say they have kept to capacity limits, but maybe these should be revised, the entrance cost is a premium and you shouldn't really have to be queuing to use facilities. Never had this on previous visits. Spa as usual fantastic, staff seemed happy. Only niggle here, as previous visits very uncomfortable beds in the beautiful spa lounge. I had a full body massage on this occasion and can honestly say it was the best I've ever had❤️. Spa Thermal Facilities again marvellous and thankfully very peaceful and quiet, also enjoyed very tasty lunch. Hope to be back soon xx

Exceptional Hotel. Everything from Decor, cleanliness, facilities and friendly but very professional staff. We visited to celebrate our wedding anniversary, the team at the hotel went out of their way to make us feel very special. We will definitely be returning.

Returned from a 4 night stay at the Headland Hotel New Quay last Thursday. This was our second visit to the hotel and we had a wonderful stay. Our only concern albeit a little one, was that we thought the menu could have had more choices especially if fish is not your go to dish. However there’s a new restaurant due to open this week which I’m sure will cater for everybody’s needs. I have to say that everything else regarding the Hotel is amazing. Thank you to all at the Headland Hotel for another very enjoyable stay.

A wonderful and comfortable stay in a beautiful room overlooking fistral beach. The room was clean and spacious and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a treat with plenty of good choice. Look forward to returning.

We stayed in a sheltered sea view cottage for my son’s 30th birthday. There were 5 adults and we had an incredible stay! The 3 bedroom cottage was delightful. The pools are amazing, we all used the spa which was very nice and had breakfast in the Ren Mor on my son’s birthday which was brilliant! I am so glad I chose the Headland Hotel it was perfect for our family celebration!

Booked this beautiful hotel for my husbands birthday, stayed Sunday to Tuesday with a spa day booked on the Monday Our room was lovely and the views were stunning! We had dinner at The RenMor - The staff were so lovely and the food was amazing! Also had breakfast.. again amazing! such a selection to choose from and we were always quick to be seated The spa day was so relaxing we had the couples massage followed by the afternoon tea which I would definitely recommend! Later that evening we popped down to The Deck for Pizza and a cocktail and watched the sunset which was perfect All staff went above and beyond - They all wished my husband a happy birthday and they were all so friendly - thank you for making our stay so special
