26 Jun 2025, 10:17 BST Good morning, I was previously trying to book accommodation and your website kept saying somethings wrong try again. I was also booking direct through your website. The booking were not being processed and I just kept being put back to booking page again. I did try about 5 times until I gave up. This evening I got a message back saying I've been refunded the amount below but I wasn't aware any funds had been taken. Receipt #3848-7157 REFUNDED DATE ISSUED REFUNDED TO £52.78 Jun 25, 2025, 12:56:14 AM VISA -6764 Then I got an email saying don't forget to check in and see I've also had this amount below taken from my bank. Receipt #1354-0577 AMOUNT PAID DATE PAID PAYMENT METHOD £76.43 Jun 25, 2025, 1:17:38 AM VISA - 6764 Im not sure what's happened but I already booked alternative accommodation after when your website of which im currently in so could you please refund me £76.43 please. Really sorry for inconvenience but I've checked all my emails and cant understand what's happened because both amounts are completely different as well. The dates I was trying to book were Wednesday 25th June to Saturday 28th June 2025. It would of been for a womans room dorm x 10. Looks like 2 bookings went through for different prices and then one was refunded back. So I'm still missing the £76.43 payment. I wasn't aware any bookings actually went through at the time unfortunately. Look forward to hearing from you. Hope this helps. Regards 28 Jun 2025, 13:29 BST Hello #### I have had a look through our system and found your booking, as per our policy you have booked a non refundable booking and informed us about the issue a day after the booking was supposed to start. All the confirmation emails are automated and if you got the "remember to check in" email, the email confirmation about your booking had to go out to you right after you have made the booking. Unfortunately in this case we will not be able to issue a refund for you as with non refundable bookings the issue needs to be reported within an hour of making the booking to get a refund.
