Wow what a little gem my husband found. As soon as you walk through the door. Clean tidy. Room fantastic had room 2 . Very big and spacious. Everything you need in room. Breakfast you will not be disappointed. Location is fantastic. 5* all the way . Great recommendations for restaurant.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lazy Waves Hotel in Newquay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so warm and welcoming, always friendly and responsive to our needs. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, spotless, and clearly well cared for, with cleaners coming in every day. Our room had everything we needed, including a huge, comfortable bed, and the views over the sea were simply stunning. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the town centre while still feeling peaceful and overlooking the ocean. Breakfast was a real highlight, with fantastic quality and plenty of choice. On our last day, we had to leave early and were thoughtfully provided with a packed lunch instead, which was such a kind touch. The team even surprised me with a bottle of Prosecco in the room for my birthday and invited us for a drink at the bar, which made the stay feel extra special. Overall, it was a truly relaxing experience, and we would definitely return. Lazy Waves Hotel is a gem in Newquay—highly recommended!

What a fantastic stay at Lazy Waves. Located in the heart of Newquay. We had a beautiful view from our room, great attention to detail and such wonderful hosts. Very close to restaurants, bars etc. Thank you Jayne & Dean for a wonderful stay.

The most beautiful B&B. The best we’ve ever stayed in. A lovely family-run B&B over looking the beach and a few steps away from the green. The interiors are on point and Jayne and Dean are the type of hosts you feel like you’ve known for years. The breakfast is a feast for your eyes and stomach. Great little touches like an honesty bar, make up removers in the bathroom and a shoe tray in the bedroom. Just perfection. We WILL be back. Thank you. ♥️

Our room was perfect with a window view over Towan beach. The breakfasts were fantastic. Very friendly hosts, nothing was any trouble for them. We appreciated their recommendations and the e-mail that was received in advance of our visit.

Beautiful modern boutique style guesthouse. Super clean, and well run by the owners. They were extremely nice and helpful. Pretty seaside vibe to this gorgeous home. OYO hotel cancelled our room booking at 3pm an hour before we were to check in for some unforseen issue on their side. Lazy Waves took us in on short notice ...much appreciated Lisa from Dublin

We loved our stay here. Would recommend a sea view room as the views were beautiful. Location was ideal not far from the centre but the B&B was in a nice quiet spot. The hosts Jayne and Dean were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfasts were perfect with lots of choice and lovely fresh food. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed a week and from the day we arrived to the day we left Jane, Dean and family looked after us really well. Our room was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was out of this world. The location is perfect for anyone wishing to go to the beach, shops and dining out. Also, the bus and railway stations are within easy walking distance. We would have no hesitation in recommending Lazy Waves to anyone wishing to stay in Newquay.
