"Very good overall.
Spacious room and bathroom, very comfortable bed. The decoration of the room and the hotel in general are very nice. The establishment is very well placed and we had no problem parking in front.
The swimming pool on the top floor is small but very pleasant for a little swim at the end of the day.
The staff was very pleasant.
Only disappointment the breakfast, a little fair for the price. Basic lunch included with the room just a hot drink and a dish (the cheapest 2 slices of bread with a little butter, jam and vegemite for almost 20 aud). Everything else is extra. At least one juice included would have been appreciated"
"It is a bit inconveniently located far from the city center and there’s no real restaurants or shops around. When I first checked in to the original room it smelled very bad and I started getting a headache. They said it’s the smell from the new carpet and they might have used glue or something. I was happy with my new room but it had another issue that I keep hearing banning noise day and night. I inquired about this to multiple workers but the only I thing I heard was they have no idea where the noise was coming from. The service was ok generally but one of the housekeepers kept coughing and made me really uncomfortable to get my room cleaned. Also, usually other hotels give one hour complimentary late check out but only this hotel didn’t allow any late check out.
One good thing about this hotel was that they had really big smart tv and I could watch Netflix and YouTube.
Overall, my experience at this hotel wasn’t too great and I wouldn’t really recommend this hotel unless you have a car and not too sensitive to noises."

"Breakfast is very good. The chef orders it now: omelet, shredded cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, etc. It's great. Other kinds of bread, fresh juice coffee tea. Meat has sausages, bacon. Peach apple, cantaloupe, pineapple and other fruits, a kind of Danone fruit yoghurt. All in all, including early value"

"Before checking in, other reviews said that the uncle at the front desk had a bad attitude, but I met a kind gentleman who patiently guided me, upgraded me to a room with a balcony, and said goodbye to me with a smile when I checked out. It is best to check in before 6 pm. Although the office hours are listed as 8 pm, in fact, the elderly's home seems to get off work at 7 pm.
It is true that it is very noisy. It is located at a T-junction and faces a gas station. There are often speeding motorcycles and strong noises from parking trucks.
The Brisbane River is right next to it, many people are walking/running, and the scenery and air are good!"
"Our sleepover stay was a very pleasant experience from the time we checked in until we checked out. The service was very helpful and thorough and our apartment was more than we hoped for. It was a hot day and the staff were very thoughtful to put the air-conditioning on before we arrived. As we had just travelled for 30 hrs the room was on the quiet side and very comfortable so we really appreciated this gesture. There are many cafes and restaurants in walking distance, also an IGA for any groceries needs as the apartment has a full kitchen and appliances. We will definitely stay there again when visiting and hopefully make more use of the enormous rooftop BBQ and entertainment area.
With Gratitude 🙏"
"The room was very large and far better than I expected. I booked a three-bedroom apartment, we were arranged on the highest floor, the scenery was simply too beautiful to be picky. There is no toothpaste toothbrush in the room, bath towels and slippers. The happiest department can travel together for three generations, and cook in the apartment, a dream trip. The balcony is big enough to be a big table tennis. The only bad thing is that there are too many flying insects in the bathroom in the master bedroom, which is very annoying when taking a shower."
"Hotel location and room were great! We did have to pay $40 per night for parking and then were told we had to move the car to a different park before 8am the morning of checkout as they share the car parks with corporate offices. When moving the car there were no parks available where we were told to park. A little bit frustrating when paying $40 per night for a park. Otherwise it was a great stay!"
