Overall very nice service and hospitality. Nice pool and nice view. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Only one thing, I would recommend to change towels and bath ropes as they look worn out…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….

The service from the hotel is superb and ko wai yan from housekeeping was extra friendly and helpful! Food from breakfast was also nice. Rooms were pretty clean too! Would be nicer to travel during summer or winter as the rain sometimes could disrupt the experience

Great hotel whatever we stay in Ngwe Saung Beach. We stayed 4days above hotel. Staff are grateful and very helpful. Amenities very well and whatever you want most of staff will filled for your desires. Especially Would like to thankful F&B manager Ko Nan Zaw Lin he did everything whatever we needed.Waitress Khaing Thet Thet San whose was very skill serving with well experience . Htay Naing always sweet and smiled on his face to serve customer. I would like to recommend to change newly mattress and Body towels

All of the staff are very friendly and polite to us.Breakfast is very good and service is excellent.Especially Htay Naing service is helpful and polite at indoor bar.Garden is very clean and amazing place.We will to come back Eskala Hotel next year.

Nice hospitality with friendly smiles. All staffs are performed as Professional. Highly appreciated to Zwe Man Oo , Thu Thu San , from Front Office Team and Khine Thet Thet San from Food and Beverage Team. Cleaning also crazy and the smell from Bathroom amenities are very nice. 24hours available electricity is good for everyone.

This resort offered a wonderful experience with its respectful and skillful staff members who provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, the weather conditions caused slight unfulfillments in some areas. All in all, we had a great time at the beach resort, and despite the minor setbacks, the overall experience was very pleasant. I hope that the team stays committed to maintaining high standards in their work.

Excellent hotel in Ngwe Saung.The Breakfast is varied and delicious.The room is very clean and safe.the staff are friendly and helping.especially thanks you ko thet paing and ko wai yan from reception and restaurant.we will choose this hotel again for next time i come to ngwe saung.

Have a happy and enjoy moments while we stay two nights sea view bungalow. Great places for kids and swimming pools is clean and have great sea view. Have dinner for two nights at Brito bar and restaurant and food are delicious. Fire dance performance is also amazing. All hotel staffs are always willing to help you with everythings.
