3일숙박이었지만 마음에 들어 하루더 묵고 갑니다. 더 있고 싶지만 일정이 있어 다음에 꼭 다시 올래요 호텔직원모두 친절하고 감사합니다.

Phòng sạch sẽ,view biển đẹp, nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình và thân thiện. Sẽ quay lại khi có dịp

Хотели заселить на этаже где идет ремонт, воняет краской. После долгих разбирательств и вызова менеджера дали другой номер. Сам номер нормальный, душ удобный, мебель старая, убирались нормально. На завтрак хороший выбор продуктов. Во время завтрака персонал с тележкой ездит мимо столов и сваливает все отходы перед вами, на 4 звезды не тянет. Бассейн крошечный.

직원들이 정말 친절하고 리뷰 남기면 얼리 채크인이 가능합니다. 해변에서 쓸 비치타올도 공짜로 주시고 너무 좋아요

Симпатичный, уже немного старенький отель на 1 линии. Неплохие завтраки, на свою четверку - фрукты (почему-то не было манго), омлеты, йогурты, свежевыжатые соки. Шум с 1 линии, которым пугали- не мешал, закрытый балкон в принципе звукоизолирован; красивый вид из окна

I am still in Nha Trang. I booked 4 hotels for total 8 nights in Nha Trang. Novotel was the third hotel I stayed. Currently I am staying at the fourth. Of those four hotels I stayed (or staying), Novotel is the hotel I would visit again in the future. It isn’t the most expensive hotel of the four. But in terms of the benefit/cost ratio, Novotel comes the first. 1. Location is great. It’s located at the heart of Nha Trang, right in front of the beach. There are many restaurants near by. 2. Hotel has several parasols and chairs on the beach. They are free for the guests. Very convenient. 3. The staffs are great. Someone stole my passport right after check-in. I visited a massage shop before my room gets ready. And massager stole it while I was lying face down. (The massage shop was recommended by a hair cut shop right across the street. Be careful.) Of course I was mentally shaken. But the staffs were so helpful. They were concerned about my situation, and didn’t hesitate to lend me helping hands. They even proactively prepared some documents, in case I come across unforeseen situations. This sort of considerate gestures helped me calm down. This was a classy service. Also I can sense they shared my information to see they were so ready. I stayed at a cheaper hotel before Novotel. It had a bigger and newer building. These are what I experienced. It took three phone calls and three staff visits over two hours to open a safe that was locked from the beginning. And so many group tours. I was constantly surprised by their loud voices during the breakfasts. I even saw 5-6 shirtless young men sitting in front of the hotel chatting. No one stopped them. I was shocked. And those attitudes of front-desk staffs…. Don’t get fooled by photos. There was one person I wanted to thank before I leave Novotel. But he wasn’t on duty…. And yes, it was strictly massage. What are you thinking?

Было все великолепно! Рекомендую отель к проживанию. Не далеко от моря, очень вкусные завтраки, приветливый персонал.

Отличное расположение, хороший завтрак, чисто, пляж рядом

房間很大很乾凈，而且有設計感，海景房能看到大面積的海，下次還要去住這一家

這是公寓不是酒店要看清楚，房子是私人的，沒有前台，讓我們等了很久才入住，然後房間各種問題，壞的壞，沒有熱水，洗澡水直接流到外面，洗髮水和洗手液分不清，咖啡杯多年沒洗過的樣子。這個價格非常不值。

Удобное расположение . Чистые номера . Персонал всегда готов помочь. Еда не очень вкусная .

街中で立地は良い。 スタッフのサービスはほぼ無い。 プールは悪く、見ただけで入る気にならない。 冷蔵庫は全く冷えず、飲み物に困った。
