All 5/5 reviews have to be from the owners family and friends, do not book here. The website is very misleading, there are extra costs when you arrive and leave. So make sure to read the fine print very clearly. There is no A/C in the cottages. The fridges do not work either. The owner was very odd, he was always around lurking, he yelled at my daughter because she had taken her wristband off. I've never had an experience like this staying at what I thought was a more high end place due to how costly it was. Disappointed is an understatement. You have to do better if you are charging guests an arm and leg to stay on your property.

Way too over priced for what you get.. the beach was nice but for the price paid your better off just going to a beach for day as this spot wasn't anything special. Our A/C didn't work so we got in touch with the owner and he said it wasn't working because we must have broke it as it was apparently working before we had got there.. we hadn't even touched it. That was really the only negative experience. But way too costly overall.

Do not spend your hard earned money here! My family and I spent over 2,000.00 here for a 2 day stay. I could not believe how misleading the website is, the pictures online are nothing like in person. It is not kid-friendly by any means. Crowded with the loud, obnoxious teenagers that the owner allows on the beach even though it is supposed to be "private". We had brought our own fire wood for the fire pit to which we were not allowed to use but had to pay to buy fire wood from the owner. We were told that if we used our own firewood we would be asked to leave as per the contract that was not prohibited.. a complete scam if you will based on our experience. The cottage next door to us was blasting music throughout the night to which the owner said there isn't anything he could do about it. From word of mouth turn out it was the owners family. Yet after reading some reviews he actually had guests removed for not following the noise policy. Such a shame, this is not a real business, its a money grab. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.

I was stunned at how incredibly rude the owner was. After spending so much money on a two day getaway, to treat my family, we were treated with nothing but disrespect and just a rude tone. Once he got our money he didn’t care about anything else, not our experience, not our stay. Would not recommend.

My family and I were questioned more than once by the owner making sure we were the only ones in our cottage.. I guess he thought we had uninvited guests with us.. which we did not. Following that he was always around monitoring us. I understand rules and policies but it gets too far when you start to feel uncomfortable and having to watch your back. We paid a very high amount of money to stay here for the weekend to only be made uncomfortable. I saw that someone wrote it felt like a boot camp and that is 100% correct. I would not recommend booking here.

Young staff was amazing and very helpful.. but the owner was extremely disrespectful. Our experience felt more of a money grab than anything. Make sure to read the contract and fine print throughly. After spending over $3,000 for a one night stay, it was expected that we would greeted and respected from the owner but that was unfortunately not the case at all. Especially since we were nothing but kind and respectful. From the start he had an immediate, hostile and combative tone all because we had asked for the room to be cleaned a bit more thoroughly as it was infested with bugs and spiders. For the price paid would I be wrong to expect the rooms to be cleaned? The remainder of our stay he was constantly in our presence making us feel extremely uncomfortable. I believe that because we were a group of younger women our age definitely played a part in this which felt discriminatory. Overall for the price paid and feeling uncomfortable and unsafe from the moment we got there, I do not recommend this location to anyone!
