Good location , easy access from public transport ! Near to beach !

Расположение рядом с набережной, на пляж идти 3 минуты, с балкона видно море. Впечатление хорошее, готовили кушать иногда в номере, все для этого есть из посуды. В общем рекомендую

As this was our first stay in an Aparthotel, I waited until a following stay in Paris as have a basis for comparison. Aparthotels are a slightly different breed of accommodation the main difference is that cleaning only occurs after you leave or every seven days during your stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the Magnan tram stop, a block from the beach, across the street from a pharmacy, and with shops and eateries nearby (Mia Pizza++). The common areas are what you would expect from any hotel, though the hallways were a little dingy as we opted to spend time at the beach, I cannot comment on the pool facilities. The suite itself was very good with a double sized bed, and couch that converted into two sleeping cots. There were TV’s in both the bedroom and living area, the kitchenette was equipped with a microwave, stovetop, coffeemaker and suitable utensils. So very good accommodations for a family of four on their first stop in Nice.

Got to hotel and sign saying closed.We weren't notified at all. Got moved to another Adagio apartment a fair way from where we had booked. Not tourist area. Average stay. Had a laundry but dryer needed about 4 goes to get dry. Better to go to laundromat. Beds uncomfortable. Could have been better stay

This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I note four issues in particular, in increasing order of importance. 1. Parking. You have to go to the reception desk before entering the parking. As there is nowhere else to park in this busy area, you have an impossible situation if you are travelling on your own. 2. Electricity. When I plugged in some equipment into one of the few sockets, nothing happened except for a few nasty sparky noises. This was solved by using a bit of paper as a wedge. But I wonder when this electrical system was last checked? 3. I took a glass off a shelf. The shelf then collapsed and the entire set of glass and crockery fell on my head, before smashing on the ground. The reason was clear: a lug on the self was missing was so moving anything at the back would result in a collapse. We complained and got our room changed. 4. I sent a message describing the the problems to the hotel. No reply for months, then a message thanking me for the review and saying they would look into my complaints. No apology, no review of the issues. Avoid at all costs.
