The location itself was ideal — conveniently situated close to everything I needed, whether it was restaurants, shops, or public transportation. It offered both comfort and convenience, making it a perfect choice for anyone visiting the area. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay!

Cons: • Aging Facilities: The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. • Poor Window Insulation: Cold air seeped in at night, but the staff promptly provided a portable Honeywell heater, which helped. Important Safety Warning: DO NOT LOCK THE TOILET DOOR A serious safety issue occurred when my friend got locked inside the toilet (which is in a separate room from the bathroom). The door wouldn’t open, and we had to call the reception for help. Fortunately, I was in the room with her! Shockingly, the staff mentioned that this had happened before, with a previous guest screaming for help until a neighbor intervened. After firmly addressing the issue, the hotel assured us that they had ordered a new lock system for the entire property. As an apology, they also offered us a fruit plate and a souvenir, which we appreciated. However, I believe it’s important to highlight this issue for future guests. Final Verdict: While the service was excellent, and the hotel handled our concerns well, the safety issue with the toilet lock is something potential guests should be aware of. If insulation and safety are a priority, you might want to wait until the renovations are complete. Otherwise, the service and hospitality were top-notch, making it a decent choice for a stay in Nice.

Since my flight back was an early morning flight, I stayed at this hotel close to the airport. However, at night and early in the morning, there are few people and few street lights, so it feels a little scary. I didn't feel scared, but I think women should be careful after dark.

Great location and lovely room with view over airport , only downside was bar closed early and we had just arrived from a long delayed flight there was no food available and just ordered drinks but staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Apart from the staff is a great hotel

We booked the hotel with TRIP, an error occurred on the booking date (25/09) when our flight was cancelled on the 24th, l thought the booking was for that night! When we arrived at the hotel it was fully booked with zero help there. It was late & very tired with no room to stay that night! Campanille, now, do not want to refund it! Lovely clean hotel, big room, lovely indoor pool and jacuzzi (sauna not working), advertised as near airport but quite a walk actually.

The overall design of the hotel is simple and interesting, Morandi color matching is very aesthetic, the room is indeed more mini, but it is very design, there are many humanized thoughts. Because the last day to drive to Milan Airport at 5 o'clock, but the breakfast bar is semi-open, there is coffee and praise, very timely for long-distance driving. The location is excellent, next to CAP3000 large shopping mall and the beach, cap3000 is a restaurant along the beach, we did not do research in advance, the first night also ran to the old town of Nice to have a very difficult dinner, in fact, you can completely walk from the hotel to the coastal restaurant cap3000 to enjoy a leisurely sea view meal Yes, regret to jump. Next to cap3000 is the terminal of the 12 bus, which can take you to any major attraction in Nice, but it is necessary to note that the interval between each bus on weekends and evenings is slightly longer, about half an hour.

The parking lot is very good. Outside the hall, there is a swimming pool and a fun-filled entertainment area where you can play with your children.

The location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations. The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean. The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies. I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults. There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes. Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.
