剛來的時候可能感覺有些暗，但是越住越感覺舒服，房間卧室很温馨也很舒服，有一個陽台可以洗曬。床也挺舒服的，睡覺很安心。其次是位置絕佳，寧波所有的熱門地區都可以步行，月湖公園、天一閣、天一廣場、鼓樓，熱門飯店也都在附近（阿拉名灶、甬上明灶、木木鮮海鮮麪），這個季節吃完飯散散步回來很舒服。很少出門不用打車，衹用靠走路，以後還會再來。
美中不足是如果可以加個全身鏡或者房間裏有個梳粧鏡會好一些吧。還有房間可能因為朝向，沒有太多陽光照到房裡，會有些冷，不過有空調和暖風機，很貼心。
投影的問題可以自己解決，調下螺絲鬆緊就好了。晚上窩在床上還挺舒服的。房東也很熱心，缺什麼就很快幫送來，給了很多礦泉水。
這次民宿體驗在歷來的民宿體驗裏都很好的，特點是位置好，小區安靜，能打到五分。

房屋環境和視頻介紹一模一樣，就不放圖了，房東姐姐人很好，對住客非常和善，很好説話，還有房屋位置雖然在鬧市區，但很安靜，這幾天幾乎沒有噪音，然後去天一和鼓樓都非常的方便，大家如果想要一個性價比高，離景點近且安靜的住宿環境推薦大家來試一試

房東小姐姐很貼心，擔心我行李多上樓不方便
親自到門口接. 民宿乾淨整潔，很温馨，廚具餐具齊全。空氣炸鍋都安排上啦。適合喜歡動手的寶寶. 吃飯更方便，樓下就是各種各樣小吃。鼓樓地鐵站不遠處拐彎就到。總之，一次非常難得的遇見，下次再見

來寧波跑馬拉松 民宿在小區內鬧中取靜特別方便，周邊商場、景點、餐廳都很豐富。

出行、就餐便利，離天一閣、月湖、鼓樓、天一廣場都挺近，小區門口就有早餐店、麪店。民宿乾淨衞生。樓號不清晰，樓梯狹窄，不方便搬提大行李箱。

房東小姐姐很熱情，有求必應哦。對這個民宿太滿意了，雖然不大，但是處處温馨無比。很多細節的東西都佈置安排得很好，很驚喜很意外。所有用品感覺像在家似的那麼便利。和妍悦舍地處是一個老小區裏面，比較老舊，但勝在離地鐵站和鼓樓等地方很近，步行即可。推介哦！😘

房間很不錯，是個比較老的小區了，但是出行很方便，步行幾分鐘就是鼓樓，去天一廣場也很近。點外賣吃的東西也很多。被子也不是那種統一的白被子，給人就很舒服的感覺。房東回覆的也很棒。推薦推薦！

位置便利，機場地鐵直達，下地鐵衹有幾分鐘的路程。離天一閣、月湖公園、天一廣場、鼓樓也都很近。房間衞生乾淨，這是我住過多次民宿中衞生打掃得最乾淨的一家，連冰箱餐具都非常乾淨。就是做菜的那把小水果刀有點單薄😂。圖就不放了和網上圖片一樣。
