1號入住，2號和老公又續的房，結果早上不打掃，等下午我回來時才打掃，問題是她敲門我連續問了三遍是誰，她還是自己開門進來了，當時太尷尬了。酒店應該裏面有個鏈條鎖之類的安全措施，這太不安全了，

第二天訂的房間，一塌糊塗。穿過的拖鞋扔在房間裏，地面有毛髮沒打掃乾淨，最誇張的是：床單被罩居然沒換，上面有血跡，難以置信。前台服務尚可，給及時更換並送了個毛巾小禮盒表達歉意。

房間新還挺乾淨，但平台上顯示有窗，實際打開窗就是牆，而且，居然沒有熱水！！沒有熱水！！！因為價格便宜，前台態度一般，就懶得問了；第二天退房時前台工作人員還挺好
