酒店處在山林之中，奇怪的是竟然沒有蚊蟲。體感比市區低5度左右，不燥熱。晚上伴着蟲鳴入睡，難得的安寧時光。管家小哥哥服務很好、及時。小朋友在這一點都不無聊，捉螞蚱，做手工，游泳..下次還會來。

房間就在森林裏，山上的温度確實比山下低很多，早晚特別涼爽，早餐也挺豐富的，能滿足我們基本需求，不足的點就是酒店附近沒有商業設施，唯一的一個飯店價格虛高，菜量極少，還好點的一個菜味道還行，衹能短住，不適合長期度假避暑，看了攻略，説現在的人氣遠遠不如開業時候，經營者要好好反思，管家還是很好的，提前通知房間已清理，並告知雪竇山的遊玩順序。

海拔接近800米，山下38山上30挺涼快的，晚上24空調可以不開。上山的路最後小半段比較窄，千萬要小心，有點緊張。快到酒店又開闊了。

車拐過最後一道彎時，整座山的綠突然湧了過來。藏在雲氣裏的酒店像塊被苔蘚包裹的玉，推開窗就是松濤，深呼吸全是草木的清甜。推窗即是景，晨霧未散時，遠處的山巒像被淡墨暈染開的畫，若隱若現的輪廓浸在微涼的空氣裏，連呼吸都帶着草木的清甜。
樓下的溪澗是酒店最靈動的底色，溪水不知從哪片雲端奔來，穿過青石鋪就的小徑旁，繞過幾叢肆意生長的野花，叮咚作響的聲音成了天然的背景樂。午後陽光斜斜落下，溪麪碎金般閃爍，偶有幾片落葉打着旋兒漂過，像是時光在此放慢了腳步。原來遠離喧囂的日子，真的會讓人忘了手機密碼啊🌿
在這裏，山是靜默的畫，水是流動的詩，而雲上清溪，便是藏在這幅畫、這首詩裏的一處温柔驛站🌱🍂

希望改善的點：
首先是希望提供一下酒店參觀服務，這個可能是有，但是我當時到比較忙可能沒有弄好。我們到時候房間沒有收拾好，大概等的有一個多小時，這個時間的空擋，有點久了。如果下次還來的話，希望提供一點茶水，後續告知所需要等待的時間。
希望酒店提供或售賣一下驅蟲葯水，實在蚊蟲比較多了，我們拍照時候都在身邊飛，因為來時候沒有預先考慮到，或者希望酒店這邊可以提前告知。
因為酒店有舉辦活動，但是這次並沒有體驗到這個，或許是人數太少，我們之前再麗江有那些今日遊客一起的那種羣，希望酒店可以參考一下，而且因為晚上夜景很美，可以考慮放映室那些活動。並告訴住客今日活動。然後付費項目也是同理，既然有管家，而且在提前編寫好話術，和製作海報，給每個顧客發放。
還有點就是今早時候大概八點多前，我在睡覺時候有聽到電鋸裝修的聲音，有被吵醒，希望這邊如果有這種需求不是特別緊急的話，不要放在早上。

酒店地處偏僻山林中環境清幽是個避暑的好去處．（除了這個沒有一處是優點）完全不適合親子，小孩玩的什麼都沒有，全部荒廢。服務：接駁車會接送到房間，但是行李下接駁車後全部是自己搬運到房間．
衞生：衞生條件一般設施比較老舊床墊腰不好的人睡了會很不舒服．
餐廳：餐廳的食物味道還可以，但是價格非常昂貴，周圍衹有這一個餐廳，早餐種類屈指可數，可以説是寥寥無幾價格根本與價格食物不符合．
游泳池：連個工作人員都沒有，沒有安全保障，游泳池很小，水偏涼不適合小朋友玩水
健身房：健身房內空調打開和沒打開是一樣的，根本沒有感覺到涼快．本以為麻將是可以包含在房間內住在那邊就可以玩的設施，結果是收費項目200元4小時撲克牌需要30元一副價格震驚到我了
小童遊玩設施:可以説幾乎沒有小童遊樂設施，室內小童設施已經取消了，室外的小童設施已經荒廢了全部都是蜘蛛網，酒店也不知事先説明情況
服務:工作人員不熱情，不打招呼。問工作人員有啥活動，回答是什麼都沒有。暑期旺季如此
我們自己跟着指示牌：蔣氏故居這個指示牌指向一處偏僻到小路，雜草叢生，我們走一半路越來越小還發現有蛇出沒立馬往外走，我都懷疑這指示牌是否正確還是酒店經費有限路都不開發讓客人自己探索這麼危險的地放.沒敢走，怕被蛇咬。
房間設施:門口好多蜘蛛網，門鈴是壞的，欄桿是生銹的，扶手是斷的，小朋友的高度剛好被戳到，房間有很大的黑色蟲子，門刷卡的地方也有蜘蛛網。
