"I didn’t expect that the family suite was so convenient. Kids can stay on the loft, and parents are still within their sight thanks to the open space design. This is very unique and truly family friendly. The amenities are modern with built-in smart technologies. Buffet breakfast is a proper combination of carbs, proteins and fruits, and they taste good. The staffs are polite and helpful. One could tell the hotel is thoughtfully designed and carefully maintained. A big thumbs up for this hotel. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Lugu lake next time."

"Absolutely brilliant hotel. Probably the only place in Lugu lake where foreigners could stay. The young staff have limited English but more than make up for it with their level of service and the translator app. They even set up a groups chat in WeChat just to advise us and ensure we were in touch. Location is great (except for the fact that there’s the road below the hotel) Hotel itself is brilliant. Phenomenal rooms. Great meals. Very personal touch and an ever willing / cheerful / helpful group of very competent youngsters managing. The whole crew looked under 30 but did a great job. Was an absolute pity we only stayed 2 nights. Next time a week at least! Definitely coming back."

"The B&B is very cost-effective. Because we came during the off-season, we were upgraded to a room type for free. The view on the second floor is even better, and the lawn is great for taking photos. They also provide afternoon tea, and there is a dedicated parking lot. As soon as the car arrived, the waiter came out to help with the luggage, and went to the room to explain how to use the room and electronic equipment. They also gave us a bottle of Lugu Lake water, which they processed so that we can drink it directly, and recommended a route around the lake. It's right next to the bustling Daluoshui Village, yet strategically tucked away from its crowds and noise. This was actually the main deciding factor after I'd agonized over various other options. The ambiance and decor are top-tier for a guesthouse, and the breakfast was incredibly generous too. A standout feature was the Daewoo wall-mounted washing machine in every room, which was a huge relief for any laundry worries. Before this Lugu Lake trip, I'd been a bit nervous after checking the weather. But to my surprise, we had perfect weather: clear skies during the day and rain only at night for both days. This, combined with the comfortable stay, made for truly unforgettable memories."
